Ordered 2 meals and an extra sandwich. When they gave us our food items were missing. A very simple order was rang up completely wrong. After getting home I find out all of the sandwiches had toppings that were not supposed to be on them. Finally, I call to speak to someone about this and the girl who answered the phone hangs up on me twice instead of giving the phone to a manager. Worst service ever. I seldom write reviews but this whole situation is ridiculous. What a waste of money.

My disabled daughter lives near the DQ on W 26th St. She wanted to go to there. I live several miles away. I checked Google which said the dining room was open. I drove all the way out there. only to find the door locked even though the Open sign was lit up. I called the DQ, who said only the Drive-Up was open. I explained that their Google page said their dining room was OPEN. They said that they don't do much with Google. Gas is not cheap. My trip to there was a waste of time.

Personally, I refuse to shop at this Dairy Queen. They charge different prices than advertised (which is sus in the first place) and those prices are $0.80-$1.00ish more than other Dairy Queens in the region. Additionally, the ice cream always tastes off whether your treat is vanilla or chocolate based. That makes me anxious. I tried this location twice before making my determination to review. I won’t return.

It was okay. Employee was nice. Price was INSANE. $10 for a large blizzard! That's insane. Also noticed the burger wasn't made nearly as well as the ones ive had in the past prob due to price of everything rising... Just being honest.

Absolutely horrible costume service from a lady working the drive thru window and when I called to speak with the manager of the Dairy Queen I was told “he doesn’t deal with costumer complaints”

They sky rocketed prices and i get a blizzard they don't have something for one o want get home start eating I settled for and blizzard hardly mixed and barely anything in the ice cream but they charge 6 dollars for a medium not even worth it completely disappointed n I usually love dairyqueen

Worst DQ I have ever been to. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger french fries and a blue raspberry slushie the cheeseburger was cold the bun was burnt and the cheese on it was not even melted there was no bacon on it then my French fries were cold and nasty the blue raspberry slushie didn't even taste like raspberry it only tasted like ice. My man ordered the same thing plus chili hotdog and it was cold and wrinkle with a hard bun. His lemonade tasted like water. But at least we got 14 packs of ketchup. I called to try to complain and the phone went straight to voicemail. There will not be a third time.

Bad burgers. Old meat last week and today i bought 4 quarts of Choc/Van ice cream. Got home, opened one and ice cream was SOUR. 2nd and 3d the same. Didn't bother opening the 4th. Took it back. Machine is contaminated. ??????

Not sure what's up, last night I drove by and the street level sign was not on, but the neon sign in the window said "open". I would have kept driving if I had not seen another person in the drive through. Really....I should have kept driving. Not only did the place look closed, but when I told the person at the window that the light on the street was off, they simply did not care. Now, my burger was ready in a time period that suggested that Dairy Queen is capable of warping time and space. I live about 0.1 miles from this store, nearly on top of it.....when I got to my home and immediately sampled a fry they were cold, my burger was room temperature and tasted horrid. It is obvious that both items had already been made and was sitting around. The only good thing was the Blizzard, but you really can't mess that up. I would like to have my 13$ back. Burger King does a way better job. I would return only for ice cream related items.

Everything is cold and old every time I go through there. Worst dq in Erie by far. Been like that for a long time. I live up road. I’d rather waste gas going to a different one because you waste your money on the food anyways
