In the entire time it took to get one microwave pretzel out of the drive-thru at this so-called "fast food" restaurant, I could have gone to a real restaurant, sat down, had a waiter take my order, ate, paid my bill and left.Here's an idea for if people are yelling and swearing at your employees: instead of putting up signs asking customers not to, how about hiring employees who don't deserve to get yelled and sworn at?

This is the worst Dairy Queen i have ever been to and its the district managers own store! My last two experiences with this establishment have been horrible! The first one i ordered two double cheeseburgers with ketchup only and received two doubles with ONLY mustard. The second time which was today, i ordered the 2 for $4 got the two tenders and also a cheeseburger which i stated clearly ketchup only. The chicken was old and chewy and the burger had ketchup mustard and pickle. Is it that difficult to take an order and make it properly? I will not be returning! I wish i could rate this with zero stars, because this store doesnt deserve one! They should be ashamed
