Good food and fast, friendly service. Had a really good steak salad and Swiss burger. The atmosphere is casual, there is no loud music blasting so you can hear everyone in your group and the outdoor seating area is nice. Will return!
It's an absolute shame my family will never go back here. I have never experienced such a horrible waitress in my existence. I tried to explain to her that my potatoes were cold when I received them. The simple solution would have been to heat them up...instead she argued with me as if I was lying. I literally tried to explain to her that it was my stone that was hot because she insisted that her fingers were burning?♀️.. I get it that EVERYONE is short staffed right now. No one understands that better than a nurse. However, if that was my employee she would have been fired on the spot.
Made the reservation 2 weeks in advance for our son's Birthday. Called the day of to check and make sure everything was good since we had a half an hour drive.... lost the reservation. We were able to make another for the same time but they seated us at a 4 top so it was very cramped. The waitress did her best but was running every which way because it was so busy. She was very polite and did her best to be as quick as possible. The food itself was AMAZING. Well worth the money. Only reason for the 4 stars is the fact that the table wasnt big enough to accommodate our family properly and the lost reservation I made in advance was a huge disappointment.
Food was amazing! Did the creek stone experience with the del monico, delicious. It was cool to do but I wont do it again.. Made reservations 2 weeks before we went, thay didn't have a table for us, they didn't write down our reservations. UGH! So when we got seated they gave us a table for 4, there was 5 of us and they put a chair on the end for the 5th seat. We had absolutely no room for the food and drinks we ordered. I had to put my beverage and side on a windowsill to make room. That was frustrating for all of us. That's the reason I didn't give 5 stars. I will definitely go back again. But next time I make reservations I'll call back a few days before to double check.
Positives, awesome waitresses always, good food, POPCORN and now have shoestring fries on menu. Negatives, no beer list available and can't view beer cooler contents cause it's in back corner. Still have not fixed/opened back room. Comfortable dining
I think its completely absurd to have a $2 pickup fee! Ive never heard of anything like this? Since when can an establishment charge you to pick up your food? I could understand a charge for it being delivered but im picking it up
It a solid 4 star place for the food. I’ve never really experienced anything bad (chicken sandwich could be a bit bigger for my liking). The burgers are great, specialty fries are unique and tasty. The kids love the pulled pork Mac and cheese. We’ve had excellent attentive service from the waitstaff each visit.If they could improve the draft selection and find a way that all sounds don’t bounce around all of the walls, it would be amazing. At times, it is very hard to hold a conversation in the dining room. A few acoustic sound absorbing pad (like an auditorium may have) would do wonders.
We called and reserved a table 2 days before, there was 6 of us when we arrived we were sat a a table right in the path of the door everyone entered it was 10 degrees last night and we were about 8ft from the door I asked the hostess if we could move so we could take our coats of n enjoy ourselves without freezing she said there were no other options I threw a couple out n was told no so a table for 8 had 4 people and a second table the same had 3 people there used to be sitting between the bar n dining area was told can no longer sit there. There were a couple empty table behind us the remained empty the entire time. We could've moved them together away from the door but again this was not an option our waitress was great the food was not as good as usual needless to say we were all very disappointed and would have left after the table incident but already ordered drinks . Will no be back anytime soon. As a person that has a lot of customer service experience I feel there should've been a little more effort to please us and not freeze us we ate quickly and left.
