It’s convenient while traveling. They have great tasting food. I love the store too.
Food is always good & the service was very good.
The waitress was perfect. She took our order when asked right off the bat since we were in a hurry. The three of us got a healthy helping of food when it was brought out. It was almost immediately brought out to our table too. Very fast! The food was excellent and cooked to perfection! Prices were surprisingly lower than expected in comparison to other places. The place was not crowded at all. Everything was clean and we'll taken care of!
The food was good and the server was attentive. What struck me as odd was the hostess. Initially seemed confused why I was standing at the podium. Then I indicated that I wanted to eat. She asked how many. One. Then she seemed to not hear me, forget, or was double checking and asked again how many. She had to "check for a table" when I could clearly see 8+ empty ones. Then when I was led to my seat, she seemed confused as to where we were going. And - perhaps this is store policy, but I was seated inbthe "middle" and largest of roughly 3 main areas. That section was well along nearly full. The other two were empty. Considering the rising positive case rates of Covid in 47+ of the states, I found that to be of a questionable choice.

I cannot recommend this place enough. The food is pretty great, but the ambience, the service, and the little store which doubles as a waiting room is a unique and a staple for the chain setting themselves apart in guest experience from the rest.Additionally, today we had a large service honoring a family members birthday who had passed and there were 20+ of us. We pretty much took up a full section of the dining room. Not only were the servers on point to get us refills and such, the food was out in a timely manner, and not a single item was mistaken or forgotten. My hat is off to the staff for this impeccable service--perhaps the best I've seen.A wonderful place to stop with the family. Or with the whole crew (but please do them a favor and call ahead--we did, but others haven't in the past, so I'm told).
This is a staple for me. I go here personally and through my work driving motorcoaches with groups. The food is consistently good in every restaurant. They even have bus/RV parking. Great American style food.
We had both dinner and breakfast here on our way home from the south in our Rv. Ordered takeout by phone for dinner and in person for breakfast. Both methods of ordering worked well and meals were ready in a reasonable amount of time. The food was great in both cases and as normal staff were very welcoming and pleasant.
My husband ordered the Pot Roast and it was delicious.I ordered the Maple bacon glazed Chicken Breast and it was amazing. So flavorful I had to share with my husband.Would love the recipe.Our server was awesome.Love Cracker Barrel. Wish they were in Canada.
I love Cracker Barrel!!! The Food is always delicious, the staff is great, and always something new and interesting in the store.(I love owls)
