Ordered 2 creations with a chocolate dipped waffle bowl online through cold stones website. After waiting about 30 mins, I was told they were out of the chocolate dipped waffle bowls and I'd have to use the regular one. I asked for a refund of the difference in price because the chocolate dipped ones are more money and I was told they couldn't refund me the difference and that I would have to call back a different day to speak to a manager. Unbelievable that they took my money that I paid extra for and aren't able to provide me with that or refund me my money. Will not be returning here ever again.
This ice cream shop used to be the spot.. walk in there now? The place is a mess it stinks half the stuff u buy dont taste like its supposed to they got bananas thrown all around the counter turning black and mushy people are going to get sick here theres no care in the work and service they provide here its stinks take em off the plaza or hire new workers this place is unsanitary as ever. Worst experience ever
Register broken. No receipt. They asked if I paid ahead. You mean they didnt know. I like Coldstone but the place is filthy. Floor not cleaned in weeks. Smears all over the ice cream case glass. Covid was tough on places but its no.reason for it to be.so dirty inside.

Extremely good soft serve ice cream. I personally haven't been disappointed in coming here in all the times I have. Recommend you try their unique flavors as well as their traditional.
Ordered a don't cha want some cookie dough or should I say the one that has chocolate chips, cookie dough, fudge, and carmel. While watching the person make it he kept looking up but not at the ice cream. He was very distracted and I could tell this because all I got in my ice cream was cookie dough, chocolate chips and what looked to be either clear sprinkles or salt. He also kept scraping the container because it was almost out so half of my bowl was empty. Then my fiance orders hey batter, batter in a cone and got everything that was to be in it but he didn't do the cone. She said that he forgot the cone so he flips the bowl upside down onto the slab for ice cream and then gets her a cone. While doing that the girls that I feel were distracting him all started to giggle as he started to giggle too. We do the transaction, he stares at me and says can you sign this, as he was holding and again staring at the girls. I sign it and give it back to him and I ask for a receipt because he just walked away but didn't hear me or something because we still didn't get a receipt. I use to come here a lot but not with how this went.

Big 0 for a score. I went to pick up a cake for my husband's birthday. Thay wouldn't except my gift card when it was for them.So i paid cash 27$ for a tiny cake. Dairy queen will be getting my business. I'm so upset. How do you not take a cold stone gift card.
We waited 20 minutes in line on a Saturday night which was perfectly fine, however we get all the way up there to be told we have no chocolate ice cream. I’m sorry you are an ice cream store with no more chocolate on a Saturday in the middle of the summer!!! Should have put a sign up and saved us some time we will not be back!
