We have waited for this restaurant, and it’s very good. It’s service is little slow. Last 2-3 times they were out of something or other. We were advised for 10 minutes delay. Now, being a new place, didn’t expect for fryer broke down. So can’t visit for whole family as one family member only eats hard shell tacos. It’s unavailable for weeks.

Anyone who’s had a bad experience so far is prob because they went way too early. Of course it’s not going to be perfect after it just opened. Went today, got a nice warm burrito which was delicious with the classic chips. Staff was super nice, don’t see anything wrong with this chipotle ?‍♀️

Literally have never had an order come out correct since they opened in December. Also, this place loves to charge you for chips then not provide them, or give you a bowl less than half full.Horrible.

The meat was so salty every bite was like licking a salt rock. Every time I order online they forget something in my bowl and if I order double meat I’m lucky if there is one full serving. This restaurant is consistently bad, I am now a Moe’s fan.

The store opened late December and was fully staffed, abit with newly trained personal. When I visited, they were not able to accept cash.This was the first location I've visited with a drive up window, available for pick-up for app orders. I don't understand their seating concept v. self serve beverage.There prices are high, food is good but this is not a value proposition when you're charged for chip and salsa separately...

Ordered two bowls that had very little meat. The bowls were not filled nearly as much as the other locations. My kids meals didn't have the lettuce and cheese included and also forgot two drinks. I was very excited for this location opening. I hope they gets things figured out in the near future as Chipotle has always been my go to.

I never understand why when people order pick up you think it’s okay to refuse to follow direction and order requests. Why make it differently just because you don’t have the customer watching?

Dined in and when I got to the register to pay, they said they were only accepting cards as the bank hadn't provided them with money yet. Thankfully I had my card on me but there were no signs around the store stating card only. Went through drive thru today and my burrito had all the ingredients I wanted but all my rice was at the end of the burrito and chicken at the other end, wasnt enjoyable at all.

Ordered online for dinner yesterday. (3 tacos and chips w/ queso dip). Tacos had guacamole which I didn't ask for and I never received the chips and dip. They said they we're out of chips. I Figured I would give them another try tonight and ordered a double wrap chicken burrito. Got home and they gave me a burrito bowl. Definitely won't be back.

Went to chipotle on their first day which was crazy over crowded. The staff was honestly so overwhelmed you could tell the amount I heard them get yelled at for being slow on the first day was so sad to me they all looked like teenagers. Shame on people it’s Covid and it was opening day. Went again today hoping for a better experience and things were loads better I think they got the first day kinks out which is great. The food was wonderful as always.
