People with allergies beware.The place is unhygienic. Meat and ingredients are all over the place between bins.They had meat tray sitting in front of the rice which caused huge chunks of meat to fall in the rice. Absolutely disgusting.All they did was say there’s fresh rice and swap the bins only after complaining.Disgusting attitude.Does the manager have any sense while directing food placement?This disregard for people with religious dietary restrictions and allergies in current times is appalling.Will never visit another chipotle again.
Online ordering is broken. Waiting 10-15 minutes after pickup time and watching people clear the actual line is ridiculous. That would have been faster the last 5 times I went. Also getting orders with missing ingredients. If I wasn’t paying for it I’d let it go, but there is a significant up charge for extra meat…last time barely enough meat for standard serving.
I love Chipolte food! But the girl who waited on me was a bit short with me. I had a difficult time hearing her and understanding her. And when she put the guacamole on my bowl, it was a tiny dollop from the edge of spoon. Never has anyone given me such a small amount. I kindly asked for a little more and she rolled her eyes and grumbled. Listen, I get we all have bad days and I did not interact with her behavior. But if your in the food service be patient with those of us who are actually not the issue.
Disapointed, got chops and was expecting the lightly salted and hint of lime, but just plain no flavor chips.But got a bowl s d it was awesome as usual.
I get lunch here a few times a week. The food is always fresh thanks to the high customer turnover, everything seems to be swapped accordingly. I'm incredibly specific about how I like my food and I often ask for more or less of my toppings, some people would find it annoying. The staff is always kind / understanding and they pay attention to detail. My favorite location !
The best Chipotle I’ve had in a long time. These folks are killing it! The chicken was perfect, the guacamole was awesome and the chips just right. I have eaten at Chipotles all over the country and even one in Paris, France. Who knew the best Chipotle was in Erie, Pennsylvania??
Will never go there again. Ordered online and my wife waited 45 min past pickup time as countless people walked in off the street and got their food. If that’s how they want to do business, count me out.
Brisket was slamming, get bowl or burrito and you won’t be disappointed!
