Ordered on the app for pick up at 5pm. The woman preparing pre-orders spent more time talking to coworkers than working. At 5:10 asked for a timeframe, was told still 3 orders ahead of me. But the people ordering inside were getting their food right away as they ordered. If you’re taking online orders and promising a time but can’t keep up, then you should use the main station to catch up on those orders. Very disappointed in the customer service here. Finally received the order at 5:30…

Placed an online order for two bowls with a pick up time of 7:50 PM. When we arrived, we were told the order would be at least an hour behind due to getting “slammed” with a fundraiser (wouldn’t you anticipate and properly prepare for an influx of customers?). We were also informed that half the options weren’t available due to running out. A full refund was not given. Management hid in the back and let staff at the front deal with a swarm of angry customers after being dismissive of complaints. Customer service was no better, with the representative making inappropriate jokes and hanging up on us TWICE after asking to speak to someone else. Completely miserable service with management failing to properly manage the situation. Will not return to this location again.

We picked up a to go order a few days ago, and I almost choked on some sort of wood shaving that was in my chicken burrito bowl. I immediately called and after about 10 minutes, the automated service connected me to an actual employee. She supposedly took my information and told me the general manager would contact me. Still waiting for that phone call. I wasn't looking for anything other than a refund on our order, considering it wasn't edible. This Chipotle location has gone down hill. The chips are always stale and their customer service is horrible. Never again!

There is a reason there’s always a city or Millcreek cop posted. The food ain’t that good don’t get it twisted. This location is eerily shady, rude, and has weird individuals hanging out in their parking lot. Would recommend driving to upper peach for Chipotle.

Great Food and Fast. However the last few times they seem to be out of certain ingredients. And I recommend Togo as they are so busy filling orders the tables are rarely clean.

I loved coming here in the past, but as of lately it’s been messy inside and outside, no one is cleaning up! Very unappetizing. Also the food did not look well , it looked old and watery, the hot sauces especially. Chicken was a mixture of dry and undercooked.

The last 6 months this location has gone completely down hill. They close 30 minutes early then stated, they are always out of half their ingredients, the workers are rude and obviously don’t want to even be there. In my opinion this location might as well be shut down.

Ben Kucharski was an absolutey amazing cashier, the customer service he offered us was incredible. I’ve never experienced such friendless from a chipotle before until I met ben.

I would love to rate the food, but tonight around 6:45 I was refused service because they didn’t have change for a $20. I told them I didn’t need change that they could keep it, and the gentleman refused to take my order all together. Completely annoyed after a long day of work

Did an online order during my lunch break and when we tried to pick it up (at the 12th st store), but they sent it to Peach St because their service was down. It would have made more sense to cancel the online order and just make it at that one on 12th street when we got there. However, when we went to the Peach St store it said someone picked it up already (we weren’t the ones who picked up our order). I understand that they’re short staffed but you shouldn’t be able to order online for this store if they’re sending it to Peach St.
