Just stopped on our way through Erie. It’s incredible the amount of customers that were there for lunch and how quickly and kindly they served everyone. A little kindness goes a long way. The employees seemed genuinely happy to be there so refreshing to see. There was also a table for two set to remember those that have served on this Memorial Day. Fantastic experience and good food too.
So, I still don't understand the world's infatuation with this place. It's decent chicken with light breading, so the perception of healthy fast food might be a thing. Read the menu and compare...The chicken sandwich has 500 calories - same as a quarter pounder at mcd's. 8 nuggets have 250 calories vs 8 from BK having 344. By the time you slather on various sauces, you up in the 500 is calorie range here too.Tack on a side of fries or a Mac and cheese and you easily have a 1000 calorie meal. Fast food is fast food... it has its place. But, why do customers line up around the block for this chicken?I just don't get it.
I don't think I've ever had a bad meal here. The new bbq Chicken sandwich is pretty great. I also love that they have alternatives to your sides besides more fried food. The chicken nope soups was great.

Best Chicken anywhere!!Even with 2 lines wrapped around the building. We were through the drive thru in under 15 minutes. They have it down to a science.

First time I ever stopped at one. Very busy ! As are everyone I see. Decided to stop anyway. Amazing how fast the place moved people through with their orders. Another amazing thing, the food was fantastic.I ordered a chicken salad and an order of nuggets. Moist, and a wonderful flavor to the chicken. Nuggets appear to best pure breast meat. Not the shredded compressed kind. That's why I ordered the nuggets, I wanted to see the QUALITY of the chicken.Simply amazing meal !I WILL stop again.
Love this store! We were there during the dinner rush, went inside to place a to go order. Everything was smooth! I especially loved the teamwork I noticed from one of the male employees. I’ve seen him there before, I think maybe he’s a supervisor?? Anyway he was really encouraging everyone! Saying things like “good job we just got out of the red!” “Good work guys we can keep this up!” Etc. I was very impressed!! Will definitely return!!
Chic FIL A is always organized, the bathrooms clean and supplied. The staff courteous and knowledgeable. The food order has never been wrong and the chicken sandwich is hot and moist whole breast chicken.
Nice that they have a good military discount for vents too, not only active. Their chicken is good and so are their shakes! Good, friendly service - with a smile! How it ought to be!! ???
