Very quick service food was ready in less than two minutes order taken ImmediatelyWasn't sure what to orderCashier did excellent job about letting me know about the specials
Workers were really friendly. A lady came in huffing and puffing having a fit because her order was wrong. The staff was very professional and fixed the situation promptly. Our food was good and the restaurant was clean.
Server makes the sandwich's wrong on purpose. Was waiting for 2 Big Kings. Noticed other customers coming up complaining there order wasnt correct so i made sure to check mine.My Big Kings had no cheese. I complained and he add one slice to each. They are supposed to have 2. He told me its because they were on sale.He knew they were wrong but decided (In his own words!) it was because they are on special.
They were ok ,the drive thru window had a rude worker,and they messed up my husband drink,but wen we took it back they fixed it no problem. So that's y they were ok
Burgers were dry, fries were half cold and sprite was all carbonation and no syrup
Got the Italian original chicken sandwich it was awful. I wish they would bring back the veal parmesan sandwich.
Every other burger king is good, unfortunately not this one. Always forgets something on the order, and the food is usually cold or soggy. I go through drive through because the inside is gross and then get asked four times if I want cheese on one sandwich.
This was on 6:40pm 10/01/2021. My boyfriend and I went through drive thru and ordered a number 9 and another sandwich and an ice cream Sunday. I know this may sound trvial but they forgot my Sunday so I decided to just go into the store instead of going through drive thru again. I was standing at locked doors where an older blonde and and a girl with dark long hair continued to ignore me. I wasn't upset so I kindly knocked on the door where they preceded to tell me quite rudely that I need to use the drive thru. They did not let me speak or even hear what I had to say they both kept twisting their finger in the air saying driving thru and kept rolling their eyes. I am not a perosn that EVER gets upset. I said no they just forgot my Sunday. And they did the same actions. I then said I want my money back and they continued to do the same action. I understand dinner rush, but I am appalled. I literally went back into car and cried because they were so rude. I will not be returning to this burger King EVER again, which I frequent often. I will also be contacting corporate. I would have been fine if they would've been nicer.
Employee was not helpful and made it apparent that having to do her job as a cashier was an inconvenience to her. She had an attitude and clearly did not want to be there. The food was terrible and the oil in the fryer must have not been changed for quite a while from the taste/texture of the fries. The only thing I enjoyed was the chocolate shake...the rest went in the garbage!My daughter ordered a kids meal and after we paid we were informed that they had NO toys available and that she could have a cookie instead but that's all they could do. Then the employee had an attitude that I wanted to pay with a gift card because I was not sure of the balance left on the card. She tried to check it and said it wouldn't go through so I couldn't use it. She had to ask another employee how to process a gift card and the other employee just walked away like nothing was said.
Good onion rings but the bathrooms were dirty and not working
