Made us wait 10+ minutes in the drive thru before even taking our order..
to preface, im not really a huge fan of burger king food most of the time (nothing to do with this location specifically, burger king just isnt really for me in general) but today i had it and it was probably the best time i've had burger king food. the mozzarella sticks were super good, this is the first time i've tried them and they were hot and really good!! i also got chicken fries which were fine, honestly, overall it was pretty good!!
Thank goodness the lobby is open and you can dine in. Fast, efficient service!
The employees have failed to get my very simple orders correct on multiple occasions. They need to slow down and pay attention to what there doing.
If you hate when you have a quarter tank of gas and prefer to be on E, go to their drive thru!We were in the drive through for 23 minutes.The worst part is because there are barriers, you cannot get out once you've gone in the drive thru .The food was standard Burger King... microwaved... but I would recommend it if you are not sure how to kill a half hour before your next appointment, this Burger King won't dissapoint!
Burgers were cold. Fries were hot. Staff were excellent as far as personality and professionalism. They stopped ghost pepper nuggets, but they were still advertised. I was bummed as this was the main reason I went. I still love BK!
My drive through experience was very nice. The person was easy to hear and courteous. We got our food in a timely fashion and it was hot.Thank you for making our experience to visiting Erie great.
I was reluctant to stop by because the food is always cold…but it was on my way back home. Chicken fries were cold, and the cheesy tots tasted like they had been sitting around all day, dirty grease taste, and cold. I just threw everything out I was so grossed out. I know for a fact keeping food at that temperature is not healthy. Please do better so you don’t get someone sick.
Older short haired lady at the window has very poor customer service skills . All the other employees are awesome . I think she hates coupons always a hard time when using one . Btw it expired 11-28-21 not January .
Actually had a good hot meal with the wife and youngest son this time, despite them not having chocolate milk or the kids toys. The drive thru person named Wolfgang was really nice and very patient(waiting for kid to decide) lol. All our burgers were nice and hot and had plenty of condiments on them.
