Probably the best food I’ve ever had in Erie! Really upset that it took me this long to try Bistro 26 out! You’ll want to try everything on the menu! The food is flavorful, the presentation is beautiful, staff was friendly and knowledgeable! I would give them 10 stars if I could.
Disappointed gnocchi no longer made in house. My lamb chops were overcooked. Also dishes they have taken off menu, probably due to being cost prohibitive, they have replaced with chicken dishes. Could use more imagination. There are plenty of vegetarian dishes that are delicious. Won't go back.
Don’t let the exterior fool you. Good food. Good value. We wanted something that wasn’t a chain while traveling. Good dinner, close to highway.
We celebrated our anniversary here, the steaks are amazing! Tender, cooked to perfection and juicy and the sauteed vegetables were delicious as well! Great service also, we would definitely recommend!
Our first time here and we will definitely be back! We had an appetizer and two entrees and everything was absolutely delicious! Can’t wait to try more! ?
The best fine-dining in Erie! The steak is great and the crab cakes are a God sent! I look forward to the special occasions I get to dine at Bistro 26! If you're celebrating a special occasion or just looking to treat yourself to a great meal, you have to eat here!
Terrible customer service. The food is definitely good although a bit pricey but worth it for the quality. I just called to place an order and asked about being charged incorrectly from a previous order. The owner, George, said he's "too busy right now" to address my question and was very dismissive and rude right when he got on the phone with me. Horrible, immature way to respond to an inquiry I had. Very accusatory toward me. I WILL NEVER GET ANYTHING AGAIN FROM BISTRO 26. I would encourage everyone to consider another place to dine other than this place. I was a loyal customer who really enjoyed this restaurant and was treated with extreme disrespect.
Food was good. Service was slow. Servers seemed overworked. Should probably hire some more staff. But the food made up for it. We’d go back.
You will not find better quality food, someone who really cares is preparing and cooking your food here. Of all things, my side of vegetables was my favorite part of my Lamb chop dinner. I have never eaten better tasting and prepared vegetables as well as perfectly cooked and seasoned Lamb! We will definitely be back, my wife and I are very critical of the food prepared at most Erie restaurant , this place is different and in a very good way!
