It does not drop off
Used to be good, now it sucks here, terrible service, the Dunkin' Donuts next door is better.
I was a little disappointed they didn't have 31 flavors. They did have half of that. My grandson and I both got banana splits with different flavors, and they were delicious. My husband and other grandson both got milkshakes my husband got a small, which was big enough to be considered a medium. My grandson got a medium, he couldn't finish it, the milkshake was so big I was surprised it was a medium. Needless to say, you will get your moneys worth here. The staff was friendly and patient considering we took our time deciding what we wanted.
Has a run down look, not saying that it's dirty but the run down appearance gives that impression. They don't sell ice cream cakes anymore. The staff was friendly and helpful, but I had come for an ice cream cake. 2 1/2 stars. I didn't see many flavors either.
Horrible cashier was flirting with people infront of us for 5 mins then forgot about my wife's order
Rude employees and extremely poor service - never coming back.
This Baskin-Robbins is also sharing it's space with a Dunkin Donuts. So, I can understand the limitation of ice cream flavors. However, I have yet to go when the case is even full of 'normal' flavors. One can't help but walk away disappointed quite often.
Have stopped occasionally when shopping as it is my husbands favorite. Plenty of choices available and waffle cones are awesome. Will return, as usual.
