Our 15th wedding anniversary was yesterday and our plans were to take the trip to Barbatos for our favorite pizza!!! We called to order the pizza and planned on eating it in the dining room!!! Being that we were coming from Harborcreek we don't get to Barbatos very often!!!!! When we called I was first put "on hold"...understandable...but when they did come back on the line I tried to put in our order and proceeded to tell the person on the phone that we wanted to eat in the dining room!!! The employee that answered the phone exploded on us...saying that the dining room had closed at 2pm and that "nothing has changed"?????? And he abruptly hung up on us!!!!!!! Totally rude!!!! First of all we are not a "regular" customer because we are so far away so er had no idea that the dining room eas closed...and next....we still wanted to order a pizza for pick up!!!! But he just hung up!!!! Needless to say...we went elsewhere!!! COMPLETELY RUDE!!!

EXCELLENT PIZZA! We gobbled up every bite, perfect toppings as ordered and ready when it was time to pick up. Great staff too.

Grew up on barbatos. Last one left in Erie. I cherish their food. Can never go wrong with their pizza

Fantastic, food and service , and probably the best garlic bread I've had since i last made it at home crispy good flavor and NOT dripping all over.thank you guys.

Good pizza fast service and fair prices

I ordered a spaghetti and meatballs dinner. The spaghetti and meatballs were comparable to Chef Boyardee’s spaghetti with meatballs. No bread and an old salad. Yuk

Visited from Michigan. Services was beyond amazing from our waiter. Portion sizes were great. Prices were reasonable. My Husband and I enjoyed it here! Can’t wait to come back.

I went once 10 yrs ago, when I moved to Erie & it was so bad, we threw everything away. Last month my neighbor ordered, again the pizza was a pre-made crust, with what looked like uncooked diced tomatoes and some cheese. Yuck, Sheetz pizza is better then this. Save your money.

I was disappointed. My son wanted pizza for lunch. There was a Blaze Pizza nearby but I looked for a mom and pop place nearby, figuring the pizza would be a lot better. It usually is. Online it showed that the place opens at 11 a.m. I called at 10:50 am. The guy that took my order said they didn't open until 11:15 so my order would be ready at 11:20. ??? I said ok and waited for it. I go in to get it and the guy is friendly. I see the box looks like a medium and I ordered a large. So I asked, "this is a large?" The guy said yes, 14 inch. It didn't even fit the whole box. It cost almost $15.00 for a large half pepperoni, half cheese. I saw on the sign they prefer cards because of the virus. I hand him my debit card, then see a sign that a fee of 5% is added to all card purchases. Hmm. So I thought, this better be some really good pizza. I ordered it easy on the sauce, and I know the guy knew that because when I picked it up he said one large, easy on the sauce. It was opposite. It looked like they put extra sauce. Honestly, I've had better frozen pizzas. The sauce was blah, no flavor. The only good thing was it was made fresh at least.

I ordered the grilled chicken salad and basically got a bowl of iceberg lettuce and I am not kidding 6, 1/2 inch pieces of chicken for $10.
