Food is hot and fresh, and sevice is generally good. However as a customer it is uncomfortable to hear the one evening shift manager berate and degrade the other employees right out in the open nearly every time I go in there with him working. At first I thought he was joking, but apparently he's not. You can even hear him at the drive-thru. This fella needs to chill out, the other shift managers seem to get the job done without all the drama presented in front of customers.

Fryers we're down, buns were stale. Not much of a lunch
It seems like ever Arby's we go to they have the most awesome ones taking the orders. I'm always in awe at how happy they make me feel.
