Loved it. The waiter's menu knowledge helped us. The house salad was great. Sirloin steak was fantastic.
I don't like to leave a bad review after one bad experience becausemistakes happen. That being said, we have ordered pick-up from here multiple times and everytime there seems to be something wrong with our order. This last time was the absolute worst.Did carside to-go, no one came out, not a huge deal.Ordered a kids cheeseburger meal, came with no cheese and the burger was maybe 1/3 the size of a bun. Ordered a classic cheese burger, was again about 1/3 the size of the bun, and there was a fruit fly ALIVE in the container.Safe to say we are done ordering from here.
It seems to be hit or miss lately... my steak has been eh... the chicken was flavorless & dry & the ribs were over cooked on different occasions...

The last time before this time I said I was never coming back here. However I gave it the benefit of the doubt and came back. Horrible mistake and I should’ve kept my word. I get when they say they are understaffed Yata Yata ya. The quality of the food is beyond words could describe and the word disgusting is definitely and understatement. The ribs were dry barely any sauce. My daughter got the bourbon chicken and shrimp funny that the plate comes out sizzling but the shrimp was cold. My son got the max and cheese let’s just say he played eye spy and what he spyed was in his words this dry max n cheese. Needless to say shut Applebees down and try again. Only thing that get 5 stars was my waiter heather. Thanks girl
Besides the hair found in my food the service was great but unfortunately the kitchen is where this place lacks. Quality of food has dropped so much in the last few years.
Visited for dinner & we sat at the bar. Bartender was slow & very chatty/distracted with a couple at the bar. Once food was ordered, it came out quickly & was delicious.
Service and food were very good! Steak cooked as I requested.. Very Rare...They do not have Baked Potatoes.. A little Disappointed... I got Loaded Mashed Potatoes... A Salad was not part of the dinner...But I'll be back for sure...Had a Strawberry Dacquari.. Little Disappointed it was not Frozen...But it was Delicious...
I have always had a good experience...but this was not a good night. Workers were fighting in the kitchen...and we could hear them yelling at each other. I ordered mashed potatoes with my steak...got fries \\u0026 my steak was not good. Our appetizer of boneless wings came out with 2 pieces of celery...both slimy \\u0026 yucky. We were excited to use our gift card, but wished we had gone somewhere else. Waitress was fine, but others were not friendly. I hope they work these things out. I've always enjoyed eating here.
They had no clue where my pick up order was and while I was waiting I could see into the kitchen and saw them touching food with no gloves and not using any utensils...just their Bare hands. I also saw them moving items from one plate to another to get the orders complete
