I took my son there tonight ( west 12th street location) to celebrate another award he got in school. He picked the place. The food was overall good, but the service was atrocious! Angelina is her name. She didn't know how to ring in the right drink; wasn't welcoming at all; had to repeat myself multiple times because she kept walking away when I tried to talk. At the time there was only our table and 2 others in her section. Wait times for the drinks and the bowl of soup were bad. I'm in the restaurant business myself and she would have gotten an enormous tip. Quit your job! I'll never, ever go back
Having had oral surgery a few days ago. I was craving some French onion soup. Got 2 orders and was very happy. Fast, friendly and got everything I ordered correct.
Went here with my husband and family for my husband's birthday. The service was excellent the food was good and the timing was just right keep up the good work.
Customer service was terrible. Went to order to go after getting off work at 9 pm. Ordered the bourbon street steak and tried to order the crispy chicken salad, and was told that that salad didn't exist even though I pointed to it on the menu. The cashier says to my face that its their oriental salad....So I just get the steak to go. I ordered my steak med rare. I got home and my steak was RAW!!! Not only that, the cut of meat was the worst I've ever seen in my life. Just a big piece of muscle....
Was their this past Sunday1/23/2020. The cooks used way to much salt on the fries and burger. Burger also had pink in the meat I asked for it to be fully cooked through "no pink". Just a suggestion to tell your cooks when it comes to Salt That Less Is More. If the costumer wants more salt on their food they can simply use the salt shaker on their table. 2stars for way to much salt used on food. They are going to throw a diabetic into shock or send someone with high blood pressure to the hospital. Over all the food was definitely unsatisfying. The waitress was great so I didn't fell the need to complain to her and was told the management was busy even though their were only like 20 costumers in the restaurant at the time.
Had a group of 7 and were accommodated quite nicely. Wait staff was helpful and knowledgeable. Food was delivered in a timely manner and was excellent.
Went for birthday celebration. Individually chose same dinner and they were on 2 for 24 and we unexpectedly got an appetizer.Chicken, cheese penne and onion rings.Fabulous food, great server, Vanessa
Zack Amd Mary the managers here are fantastic and both really understand taking care of the customer. I had ordered take out a few months back and my order was messed up. They both completely took care of the situation and made sure I was satisfied. This Applebee’s truly is a Great place!!! I cannot say enough about ZACK, he really rocked as a manager fixing this situation ?
We took advantage of the 2 for 22, curbside service last night. The quality and quantity of the food far exceeded our expectations! We were full on just the entrees, and used the air fryer on the boneless wing appetizer tonight, and it was still impressive! My boyfriend is really picky, so for this to happen- I was amazed!
Service was good. Food was terrible. I got the Whiskey Bacon Burger. I'm pretty sure when you leave a grill press on the burger it flattens it, dries it out, and overcooks the burger. This was the flattest, driest, and overcooked patty I have ever eaten. If you're going just go here, go for the appetizers or atmosphere.
