Great atmosphere. Workers are smiling and having fun. Quick orders while sitting at the bar. Huge pool hall. Very nice place. Will return soon.
Absolutely rude as soon as you call! The lady who answers must hate her life they way she answers the phone with a loud and long “sigh” like sorry I want to spend my money at your establishment which I will never again and I recommend no one else does either! They don’t deserve our hard earned money for trash customer service and bad food! Done
Amazing establishment and not at all racist as these sudden keyboard warriors try to say. The dress code policy has been in place for YEARS and has turned away nearly every race of person from black, white, Hispanic, Asian etc all if the dress code isn’t followed. It’s pretty simple. Follow the dress code, and you won’t be asked to leave. Also, please explain how the dress code is racially charged??? Seems pretty broad to me? Seems to me like Andy’s just wants people dressed nicely in their establishment, which is their right. Dress code is nothing new and most people know about it so just make sure you’re dressed correctly.Staff is amazing, helpful, and always willing to make accommodations. I’ve put a picture of the dress code below- seems pretty reasonable and not at all racially charged.
Very unhappy with the slow service. Food wasn't worthy of the high prices. And additionally they have a VERY QUESTIONABLE dress code for a billiard / sports bar. I think if they want to be considered a "high class", upscale dinning establishment, they should ramp up their service & menu and consider completely separating themselves from the billiards. But hey that's just my opinion. I just know, I won't be going there nor will I recommend that anyone else go there.
This place is wish washy on how you are treated some days it's ok others you are treated like you don't belong there like you aren't worth being treated like a human being. Me and my family went there one evening to have dinner and play pool, sat at a table in the back so we didn't have to sit at the tall bar stools by the pool tables that had reserved signs on them shortly after we arrived. halfway through our meal the "manager" came over to our table and said that the tables had been "reserved" despite the lack of reserved signs that he had placed on the bar stools as mentioned prior and said we had to move rather rudely then after we moved visibly upset were watched as if we were doing something wrong for the rest of the night. No free drink not even a discount on our bill. We will not be back and will take our business elsewhere.
Dress code really sucks! If ur a first responder or nurse looking for a drink after a shift don't even try! The owner himself will come up to you turn you away. Really sad to see this in Erie.
I'm not a big barhopper. I've been to a few in the area but I always end up at Andies. Andies is the preferred hangout spot for get-togethers for our friend group. The pool rates are fair for the casual section and I'm always surprised how cheap the bar tab is at the end of the night. Not to mention joining teams with Papa John's to provide food on top of their own kitchen, you really can't beat it. Not to mention they have my favorite snack, fried pickles.Andies is great. Sports casting all over the place, great decorations and environment, smoker friendly. Been coming here as my primary bar for years and I don't see that changing.
Clean and good food . But people who support this business support racism. The owners even kick out preachers and community leaders for the way they are dressed !These type of businesses don’t belong in my community.
Owner or manager was absolutely rude!!! Talked down to us and talked about us to other customers. Constantly complaining about things that didn’t even make sense. Lectured us about how we got food and asked for a pincher of water and so much more….. definitely don’t recommend this place to anyone! Staff isn’t friendly at all! Save your money
We were at Andy's last night. The food and service was excellent!!! Our server Missy did a great job. She was wonderful!
