My sister ordered a pizza and wings, the pizza was burnt and the store told her; “sorry for your order” and didn’t have the decency to make any concessions.Bad business guys!My sister said that the “pizza tasted like bacon and cheese on a cracker”.
First time having them and I like it it was ok I think if I didn't order so late don't think it would be rushed but I like to try again and see what else they got never know might get something good.
From my personal experience... This place is awesome. They have no problem doing extra for their customers as far as mixing and matching orders to the customers liking. Very fast and reasonable pricing and the food tastes great!!!Definitely my favorite pizza place in Erie so far since moving out here.
Ive always heard good things about Alfees not to mention the delish smell u get from just driving by!! So i for the 1st time ordered & was BLOWN AWAY! EVERYTHING WAS SO GOOD!! (BBQ honey boneless wings & fries/ turkey sub & added bacon to it) my fiancee & i split the sub which was plenty for us & my 16 yr old son had wings & fries...i ABSOLUTELY will be ordering from here VERY often! And we will also be letting everyone we know how excellent it all was! Thank You Alfees!!! Oh i cant forget it was delivered too and got here quick, still hot, & very nice service!! ABSOLUTELY NO COMPLAINTS!!!
This was awful. The hotel staff recommended it because it's the only place that delivers here, and just.... ooof. Blackened pepperoni, canned mushrooms, uneven chunks of onion with green parts still in there. The crust is somehow both stale and undercooked, and the sauce tastes like someone mixed bad tap water with tomato paste. Don't waste your time, go pick something up that's edible.
Ordered 12 boneless wings. Opened the box and barely have 7. Ordered 12 traditional wings. Second box has maybe 8 boneless wings. Customer service is always trash and the first time we ordered a pizza it had a hair in it. Gave them another chance with the wings and it’s safe to say we’ll never be ordering from here again.
Theyre hit or miss for us. Ordered 12 pepperoni balls the other day while in town visiting, 6 were golden and yummy, the other 6 were black and too hard to eat.
Let me start by saying I have ben a customer for over 30 years, but no more. Things changed during the pandemic for the worse. Prices went up, portion size went down and food quality is deplorable now. Friday I ordered both shrimp and clam baskets, both were soon relegated to the garage. Both shrimp an clams were "crispy" to say the least. They were not "golden" brown, but bordering on "dark chocolate" brown. The fries deserve special mention as I have never seen fries that dark but cold on the inside, and the taste of freezer burn was overpowering. I also ordered Greek dogs, they appeared to have been put on the grill days ago and then an attempt was made to warm them up. Black for the most part outside, dry on the inside. Conveniently the manager was not available to speak to me about the order and has not returned my call. I will not be going back.
Normally the best place to get wings. Not anymore. Ordered wings that were so over cooked that they were like jerky. Called and was summarily dismissed by rude employees. Try somewhere else unless they get some new staff.
I ordered wings. Needless to say they were not the best. They were hard with no seasoning. The Styrofoam box they put them in did not fit. The wings were hanging out of a torn section of the box. The carrots and celery looked like they had froze them and defrosted, then put in a sandwich bag. Needless to say I would not purchase anything else from this establishment again.
