I'm still waiting in the waiting room. 30 minutes later & 2 grub hub orders completed by the grubby wingtender. It's 9pm. How hard is your job?What a grubby place & so this is why I've never tried this place in my life because I had a feeling it would be garbage.Food tastes like trash too. What a waste of time & money.
Hard (if not impossible) to find this caliber of wings in PA. Grew up in Western NY and I'll tell you these Wingstop wings are crispy, delicious, and legit! Nice staff and good sides too, clean restaurant. I'll be driving over an hour to go here whenever the craving hits!
Usually I have good experiences here. The customer service I received on Sunday was awful though. I ordered delivery and never received my food. I tried calling the DoorDash driver to find their number was not in service. Then I call WingStop and the woman on the phone was so unhelpful. She did not even try to resolve the issue and told me it's not their responsibility. She also said she has no idea who picked up my order. After calling DoorDash and Wingstop customer service, I still haven't received a refund for my order. I don't understand why this was so complicated. Neither DoorDash or WingStop was able to contact the driver and they still haven't refunded me. I wouldn't recommend delivery at all. Horrible experience.
Staff was excellent ?Wings were terrible no flavor drenchedin flavorless sauce. The only good thingmy husband and I enjoyed were the friesthey were delicious.
Just closed on my house two weeks ago Friday at 25th February at 12.30 p.m. and went in there to buy their chicken, to take back to my house to celebrate. But while deciding outloud, on what to order. The young white girl kept interrupting us about a name.Even though we told her we are still deciding. She kept on interrupting us with a disgusted look for a name. Maybe because we were black. Anyway we did give her my name, but the look of disgust on her face heightened ever more. So my friend and I just looked at her. I called her stupid and walked out.Never will I set foot in there again.
Decided to try Wing Stop on Sunday. What a dump. The pictures speak for themselves. Service was deplorable. There were 4 employees in that all saw me standing to place my order but stood there for 15 minutes before a young lady briskly took my order. Just awful. I will not be back.
I've ordered from here before and it was always good. Today you let me down the fries were bland yet I ordered regular seasoned..the hawaiian tenders had absolutely no flavor and the traditional hot were mild at best. It was all cold by the time I got it. If this is where flavor gets its wings then it should stay grounded and not even try to fly. Horrible.
Horrible experience!! We went in and stood there for about 15 minutes before anybody even helped us, and when they did we basically had to help ourselves by doing it on the app. Before being helped a guy walked by us and went a talked to his co-worker that was on break and they were using very foul language loudly talking about the issues in the work place. Also we got our food and our order was messed up no fries at all when our order came with fries. We went back got our fries and the fries were burnt like black!!!! I went back in and asked for new fries the lady told me she just made these and heated them up but she would make new ones. She came back five minutes later Exactly and have me the same fries back!!! The geese had to be grease that wasn’t changed and that was used all day because when you open up the bag you smelled burnt grease!!! Lastly the customer service over all was just horrible, they saw us staring there for fifteen minutes no one helped, they were walking back and forth getting drinks for theirselves but no one still helped us. An employee there was using profanity super loud on the phone complaining about the job and they also had a 40 minute wait on our food even though everything still came out burnt and tasting like grease!!!!
This was my first time having wingstop. I ordered Here for pick up. I literally waited an hour. When I finally got my food my chicken skin was so hard I couldn’t even eat it. Never again will I eat here. If you want your food on time for dinner, order as soon as they open.
I can't lie.. needed quick lunch, stopped here cause I love wings.,price was good, timing fair, wings were great. Highly recommended
