Sat at the bar... Service was great. People from the tables not so happy. They actually gave us their bill to pay for them...Food was great!!! Did not try the pizza yet but will in the future.
If I could leave zero stars I would. Ordered pizza while at work. The delivery driver handed the pizza to another employee & they charged me for the pizza. Wouldn’t refund it. Never got the pizza. HORRIBLE customer service. The Owner screamed at me and hung up. Avoid ordering if you actually want to eat.
Good food but absolutely the worst service anywhere. Called in for a small Sicilian pizza at 4:53 pm, the girl told me 35 minutes to pick up. I arrived at 5:45 and it still was not finished and I was told it would be a while yet. The pizza came out out the oven at 6:15 pm. Not only did it take over an hour and 20 minutes they charged me $29.50 for a small supreme Sicilian pizza.
I was really looking forward to their opening in the new location since there are no options in our immediate area to have a traditional pizza and a few adult beverages of choice. Went there tonight and sadly we will not be back. When we arrived there was one party ahead of us and they were seated promptly. As we were standing there 3 tables opened and no one came to seat us so we finally seated ourselves after 10 minutes of waiting. The waitress promptly delivered menus but then took a good ten minutes to come back for our order with our drinks coming 10 minutes after that. I had to go to the bar to get refills because we got tired of staring at the empty glasses on our table. After an hour of sitting there our pizza finally came and I can't even tell you if it was good or not because I was so frustrated. I never thought I would spend an hour and a half at a restaurant to have a pizza and two beers. I was hoping to vent my frustrations when I went to pay the bill but no one even bothered to ask how our meal was
The food was delicious. We had a little wait time because they were short on waitresses but the food was well worth the wait I would recommend this place to my friends.
Food is good. The tell you 35 minute wait to pick up food which is fine. Then you get there and wait another 30 minutes for food. Has happened many times now. Many other people complain
Can only give this place one star the pizza was average but the service was terrible. Ordered a appetizer and it never came. Waitress was very slow and didn't even offered a refill on my drink. When I asked about our appetizer she said the kitchen was backed up. Sorry but will not return.
Amazing food , everything is fresh. Family owned buisness Tony and his family are the friendliest people ever, which I believe makes everyone that walks in the door a return customer. I live about 30 min away and still prefer to make the drive.
Best pizza & sandwich spot in town & in Easton too. Love this place. You tired all the rest, now go try the best, I bet you it will make you confess. ?
The calzone is just a huge plate of melted cheese covered by dough. I didn't put only one star because the service was good and the waitress greeted politely
