First let me say that we have patronized this establishment for many years and have been loyal, mostly satisfied customers. This visit, however was a huge disappointment! We arrived shortly before 11am on Memorial Day looking forward to a relaxing, quality breakfast. The place was busy but no wait for a table. After ordering our meal of eggs and hash browns etc. we had a bit of a wait until our food came out, but understanding the busy conditions, not a problem. My omelet was very good although a little overcooked, but the hash browns were neither brown nor hashed. Basically full size slices of undercooked potato with a smattering of browned bits. Not acceptable and inedible. The waitress said they were very busy and the chef didn't have time to process them further. My wife's were in the same state. Further we were charged a premium because it was after 11am!! At the register the owner was not interested to hear our complaint, and was dismissive and saying "no one ever complains about his hash browns, no one" so, his attitude and lack of concern, to me says he doesn't need us and cares not because he has plenty of other customers. Too bad.

Omg where do I start. First when we went in there all eyes were on us I don’t need to say why. First I waited longer than anyone else did my meal because the cook put pork bacon in my sandwich and I don’t eat pork so he gave me my turkey bacon it was horrible it was barely cooked I could not eat it and they brought all of our juice out with no ice I had to ask for a cup of ice my first and last time there although our waitress was very nice we left a tip and she took my sandwich off of our bill

The quest at the restaurant were very nice! The food has good flavor and we were served very fast after we order.

Very friendly professional service the food is good and very respectful towards customers

The place has gone downhill. My eggs were done to my order but were cold and our toast was stone cold. It was quite obvious when the butter wasn't even close to being melted into the toast. The only good thing was our waitress, she was very nice.

Mother's day....waitress was great. Very good diner food. Didn't dissapoint

Friendly, fast service. Pleasant waitress. Paid extra for a 4-egg American Cheese omelet. I doubt the cook ever saw the "extra egg" on the order, because it was not even as big as 3-egg omelets I've had elsewhere. It was semi-oily, and unimpressive. I remember much bigger portions at this place ten years ago. $2.75 for a tap soda is expensive, but I guess they have to make their money somehow. I'll give this place another chance someday, but for now, I'll go elsewhere.

It was busy. But we had a nice booth. The brunch was yummy, eggs over easy, home fries and toast with jam, and coffee! I don't believe the waitress came back to offer me a refill of coffee, she was busy! But overall it was nice! The owner at the register could've been more hospitable!

Was a little more busier because all kids had off of school for presidents day .But was still nice just really crowded

Our waitresses was very nice, but the overall experience want amazing. I had a Reuben which was decent but entirely forgettable. When the host brought us our drinks, he gave us straws. Mine was already out of it's wrapper and looked worse for the experience. There are better diners around and I will be going to those in the future.
