I Like this place. They have very good Mexican Food. Nice and flavorful. The prices are very good. Not expensive at all. Its well worth a trip
One of the best Mexican places I’ve been to in a long time! I’m traveling through and was worried that this town wouldn’t have good Mexican food, but Taqueria La Plaza did not disappoint! Great horchata, my burrito was absolutely perfect flavor wise, and all the prices were very reasonable! I’m genuinely sad this location isn’t close to where I’ll be because I would totally come back again and again!
I’ve been coming here for some time. First time dining in was terrible. I’m a server myself and I completely understand being under staffed. But the customer service from our server was TERRIBLE. Not once did she check up. Our flautas came out burnt. NOT crispy, they were BURNT. How am I supposed to eat something that’s rock hard? So I asked for them to kindly remake them. She didn’t like that. So anyways she went to the back and had the cooks remake them and brought them to us. They were much better and we enjoyed them. Long story short she charged us for both. And NEVER gave us a check to look over. She came to the table and told us a total that was it. Then after gave us a Receipt. I looked it over and saw she charged us for both. I asked her to kindly give us our money back for the one that we didn’t eat. She said “No they’re supposed to be crispy we can’t take it off”. She said “well I thought you knew that” I’ve never been to a restaurant where if you aren’t satisfied with something you have to pay for it AND the the second. Usually they comp the one you didn’t eat. So I said “well you should have mentioned that prior to bringing us more” I then asked her to speak to the owner or manager and she told me no that no one was there to talk to and to come back some other time. TERRIBLE customer service. That is not a way to keep a customer. She had no personality no emotion she made our time there miserable. Should’ve never tipped her she didn’t deserve anything.
Love this place! I was going to all the local places to eat, spending WAY too much$$$$. I was introduced to these chicken sandwiches that come with L.T.O and jalapeno peppers n avacado!! A+! Love this place! Very clean n friendly environment
Food is really good but the TV is really annoying, they need to turn off the TV so the customers can enjoy the food and have a pleasant meal and conversation
Food was delicious!! It's a bit chilly inside if you decide to dine in.Ordered taco de lengua & de al pastor. Had a Huarache de bistec.They also have pan you can grab.
I've ordered takeout a couple of times. The first time I ordered tacos al pastor and bistec burritos.and just burritos the second time. Both the tacos and the burritos were excellent. The burritos were stuffed in with steak, rice, beans, avocado, and lettuce. My Mexican born husband said it was the best burrito he has had in a long time. I'll definitely be ordering from here again.

I've liked this place for a very long time. And for the longest time it was the only place where you could get decent Mexican street style tacos. They even have fresh beverages like Jamaica, Orchata and Tamarindo. The only thing I wish was different would be their tacos. They are a bit on the small side. And have very little meat on them. If you don't mind ordering a few extra I guess its not a big deal.
