Revised: After speaking with manager I was reimbursed for the sandwich I never received. I gave 3 stars now because the manager was polite and willing to help and the salad was deliciousFirst off they messed up my online order. I ordered 2 panini sandwiches, a cold sandwich, and a salad. It specifically says that on my receipt. They only gave me 2 paninis or should I say garbage on bread and salad. There was chipped beef and cheddar cheese on panini which is not even any of what I ordered! The sandwiches are NOTHING like they show on the app and DEFINITELY not worth $11 for mostly bread. I called to complain and the worker told me I ordered 2 sandwiches and that’s what I got, I explained if you look at the receipt it says 1 sandwich, 2 paninis not just 2 paninis and the salad. After having to raise my voice for the worker to comprehend that I paid $52 and I didn’t receive what I ordered, he said they could write my name down and if I come in I could get a free sandwich. I’m not happy with that because if any sandwich is like the ones I got today I will never get another sandwich there again! The salad was good but not worth the problems. I will be speaking with the manager tomorrow

I came in yesterday, and there was a young man and an old man. They were both really polite, it was my first time there ever at a SaladWorks so the young man showed me all my options, he was really patient, I wasted a lot of his time LOL. I felt really welcomed. Both of them were really nice and I recommended this store to my friends! The service was lovely!! Happy thanksgiving ?

Love Saladworks!!! I do the create your own salad, and I haven’t been disappointed yet. I usually order through Grub Hub, and the service is really fast!
Friendly workers, clean environment and food always fresh my favorite salad works between Northampton and Leigh Counties
The employees here were very rude to me and I ended up just walking out because I felt so disrespected. If you don’t know how to talk to people nicely, then you shouldn’t be working this kind of job.
