Burgers and chicken are always good, but the fries are too inconsistent. Some days they're great, done perfectly with the right amount of crispness, but too often they come out floppy (that's the best word I can think of for them).
Service good, place was clean. Burgers good, fries good. Wife and daugther salads supposed to have mixed greens, but all ice berg lettuce,Salads were not very good.If supply issues affect quality, company needs to tell customers at time of order. Prices little high.
Burger was delicious, and the fries were on another level I had to get a refill. The waitress was kind, smiling and brought the order in no time. Loved it there.
Little bit of a mixed bag here. Food was good, restaurant was dirty, and no birthday songs were sung. Not a bad experience, just not a good one. I'm sure staffing shortages are at least partially to blame.
The waitstaff/server was great. The food not so much fries were dropped twice. If you worked in food service you know what that means. burgers and chicken sandwich were warm at best
I ordered 2 cheeseburgers with fries. They were cooked as ordered. It was a bit pricey at $22.00. Service was good I ordered at pick up. Honestly felt the quality was similar to Wendy's. They offer gourmet burgers with additional variety of toppings.
Waited 5 minutes to be seated, no one was upfront to greet. Took forever for food to come out and when it did, it was not only cold but was also not what I ordered. Restaurant was not busy and waitress was no where in site.
Waitress takes orders without writing anything down.....i asked her to please do it because i want my stuff right......... Food comes out everything is wrong.....on top of that creepy busboy walked by our table every 3 minutes like a zombie just eyeballing us eat.......like it was so uncomfortable that we paid and left...... Train better managers!
I’ll start by saying that I typically have good experiences at this location. However, we ordered food for pick up today and part of our order was two crispy chicken sandwiches. When we got home, it was very disappointing to see that the “crispy chicken sandwiches” were just two chicken fingers on a roll…. for $30. If I wanted chicken fingers on a roll, I could have easily made that at home!! I understand shortages are happening right now…. But nobody mentioned anything when the orders were placed over the phone or upon pick up. Overall, a very disappointing experience here.
Very good food! But it did take 10 minutes for a water!!!!! Very clean, nice employees!
