We always have the best experience at The Quadrant. The food is fresh and flavorful, the staff is beyond kind, and there is a huge selection of books. The shop itself is inviting. A real Easton institution.
One of my favorite places tucked away in Easton. The atmosphere is great and so is the staff. I’m hooked on the book club and the Peruvian coffee!
Books and good food! Really how can you go wrong? It's a quaint little gem in Easton and I will be visiting again.

I have ordered from here multiple times and in all but one they have run out of the item that I ordered. Most often they run out of biscuits first thing in the morning. However, they never make an effort to call to inform me, so I arrive to be informed of the issues. I live in downtown Easton and wanted to give them more opportunities since they are a local business. However, today is the last time I ever order food from them.
WOW ! Stopped into Quadrant for the first time yesterday. The weather was horrible but the food made up for it! Coffee was PHENOMENAL! Some of the best French Toast I have ever had, and the Breakfast bagel sandwich was toasted to perfection, looks to be toasted in a panini press. I expected a sausage patty on the sandwich which Is what I am used to, but they cooked up fresh sausage, sliced it in half, and added that to the sandwich, and it’s much better than a dry frozen sausage patty, everything is FRESH! Prices are FANTASTIC, service is FANTASTIC, everything was wonderful. My girlfriend got Sausage Gravy over biscuits and that was very tasty as well, though it was so good she wishes the portion size could be a little larger. We enjoy that the inside temperature is comfortable and the table and chairs are also very nice. I love the idea of a self serve coffee bar, as I dislike having to wait on the waiter/waitress to bring me coffee, usually self serve means you can have piping hot coffee before your food arrives and then top it off before you leave and you can take the cup with you when you leave. I wish I lived in the area, I would be coming back every other week and I would bring friends and family but I live in Quakertown and I am not local. Definitely worth coming in. Everyone was incredibly friendly, the lady who served us was one of the nicest waitresses I’ve ever had. Can’t recall her name but she’s great ?. If you haven’t tried The Quadrant Book Mart and Coffee bar, you’re missing out! ?
Hugely disappointed.Before the Covid-19 pandemic this bookstore was a little oasis of quiet book browsing...charming!Now I find audio speakers installed throughout piping in a constant soundtrack of daily news bulletins.Doesn't anyone just want to enjoy conversation over coffee and books?I can get today's depressing world news from newspapers, at home on TV, or on a smartphone, or a personal computer, or whilst pumping gas from a gas pump! - or from TVs placed in my gym locker room, or in any diner when I'm trying to eat, or in bars...I really need to hear it inside a quaint old bookstore?
I go here for the coffeehouse quality coffee but, stay for the food! You can't go wrong adding this place to the list of dependable, consistent satisfaction for whatever reason you needed to go out for.
