Actually I'm rating pizza hut with zero stars. Last night I never received my order and no one ever answered the phone when I tried to find out what was happening. After several calls I contacted their corporate number and asked for a refund. After waiting over 2 hours for my food and not getting it I ordered Dominos and got it in a half hour. THAT'S service
waited 70 minutes for a delivery to have it show up with missing items. I called the store several times, was placed on hold for over 15 minutes. called back, was transferred to a vm. I realize mistakes happen, but I either should have been credited for the missing items or they should have been delivered. I paid for it ahead of time, tipped 15%, and didn't receive the food I paid for.Edit: manager did call and comped me what was owed and a tad more. Explained to me that after a few calls they transfer to a call center.
They called me to let me know that they dont have a curbside delivery and just to drive to the back where there is a delivery window. The service was quick! I appreciate the great work of the team.
Ordered a medium pizza, it's 1 inch smaller than the box along each side. It took them 30 minutes to make one cheese pizza. We asked for disposable plates, they were out. We asked for paper napkins, they were out of that too. A ready to eat food business does not have paper napkins, how is that possible?
The quality of the food has change, it does not taste the same as it did many many years ago which was so much better back then. Use the old recipe to make the food worth buying and recommending.
I had no issues. Service was friendly and food was ready on time. All food was very good.

I placed my order online. Delivery time was 70 to 80 minutes. I immediately called the store and canceled the order. No one picked up and I got a vm. Left a message to cancel and to call me back to confirm they received my cancelation. Waited about 10 minutes. No call, called again and got VM again left a second message. In the meantime we ordered a pizza else where received it hot and ate it. Approx 20 minutes after we were done eating I received a text our pizza was on the way. Called for a 3rd time went to VM called back immediately 4th time vm. Called back immediately 5th time a woman picks up right away and told me we received the call center. I told her everything I am telling you and she said she will contact the driver. Wow is all I can say.
Ordered extra bacon, extra beef, well done. none of the above happened, barely any beef or bacon, and the pizza was just cooked, like barely done to normal yet alone well done. I really am getting tire of trying to get pizza here, I guess I will just stick to the wings, which generally are quite good, but way too expensive if we are being honest.
