Better than it has been recently!! Last time was trash and old bread in bags at the lobby ... but not today. Panera coffee is some how always good. However they mangle the sandwiches and mess up the orders, the coffee is always good. But this visit, the order was almost right, soup was good and the sandwich was like I remember it.. just a bit smaller.. lol. Today was a good visit :) Thanks guys!
I ordered a U-Pick 2; 1/2 Chicken Frontega sandwich and 1/2 Apple Fuji Salad.The sandwich barely had chicken in it. It was mostly sauce and bread. The salad had no apple chips and again barely any chicken. Lettuce, onions and tomatoes with dressing.I was just passing through and I do not live in the area, so I couldn't go back to complain. Very disappointed with this Panera. Fortunately, the Panera I go to regularly are excellent with great service. This one, not at all like it. If I'm in the area, I will go somewhere else.
Over priced, and apparently they server bagels half missing.
"Upscaled" fast food joint. Soup and sandwich option is good for lunch. Turkey avocado sandwich/chilies option was good on a damp cold day. Decent baked goods and coffee.Service could be better. Table was filthy. We asked for cleaning towels to clean it ourselves.
People beware this place is dirty they have a mice and roach problem ewww stay away
Ordered bagels online this morning at 7:30am. Their system messaged me saying my order was ready to pick up. I arrived and they informed me my order should not have been taken and wasn’t ready cause they didn’t have enough bagels. The Manager was rude to me and offered no alternative solution and just walked away. The girl helping me filled the order with the bagels they had available but they didn’t offer me a discount or anything. Their communication was terrible. Why is a business that markets themselves as a bakery is always out of bagels before 8am?

Went through the drive thru, got home to realize I was missing a sandwich. Human error happens, I called them up and they replaced the meal and had it ready when I got there. Zoie was a big help and went above and beyond to remedy the situation. Always loved this Panera.
Just ordered from their website for delivery. Apparently Panera no longer does their own deliveries, they send it through door dash or Uber eats which was not made clear and I was delivered someone else's order from another restaurant. Have I had known it was coming from a 3rd party delivery service I would have never ordered. Extremely disappointed.
While this location is better than the Southmont location, that's not saying much. To be better than the Southmont location, you just need to open on time! This location has been without Splenda for about 1 month, it's located next to a Walmart, Target and Wegman's, all those stores carry Splenda. If you throw me a free coffee, I am willing to pickup your Splenda order curbside from Walmart.com. Not to mention the drive Thru is completely dark at night, not a single light present behind the store. Also the order screen has been broken for about 3 years. This store is in desperate need of better management.
