Always a good experience at this Olive Garden Restaurant. Whether we dine in or curb side pickup, the food is always fresh and hot and delicious. The service never disappoints and the servers are ftiendly and attentive. Last time there we did pickup and there was virtually no wait involved. Someone met our car, confirmed the order and took our payment, returning in minutes with our dinnef. What a pleasure! Oh, and the Chicken Scampi and salad were perfect.
Always a good experience at Olive Garden. Our waiter was new, but did great. He wasn't fast enough for another table who complained to the manager (and got their free appetizer out of it). The waiter apologized to us. We asked why. He said that he was slow. We told him that he was wonderfully pleasant and not slow at all. Some customers at restaurants annoy me so much. (Using my polite words). My mom is not in the best of health, so my husband pulled up to the entrance to get her walker out of the back and drop us off. The employees at the check in desk inside came out to help us and hold doors. You do not get this service anywhere else. I love the Olive Garden!
We went for dinner with friends. Everyone enjoyed their meals. Our server was very friendly. Friends took dessert to go. So I guess they got enough food with dinner.
One of the best places for italian food. Their chicken soup is so delicious and all the other dishes as well.
Waitress was great. We had a party of 8 + 3 kids so she had her work cut out for her. Food was good. Actually the first time that I've eaten there and was satisfied with everything. Service and food were lacking some time ago. Definitely better thus time around
The staff was friendly and accommodating, nothing took very long. Got gnocchi and chicken neverending soup and everything was amazing. Refills were quick and the experience was amazing. I was very impressed. The soup was creamy and the bread sticks were perfectly cooked. I'm not a fan of salad, but theirs was simple and good.
Went there tonight with a group of friends the wait wasn’t too long until we got seated. Our server took about 15 minutes to bring us our drinks, didn't ask us if we needed any refills until I asked for another drink. Every time we asked our server for something it took her 20 minutes to bring it over. Every other table she had would get whatever they wanted within 5 minutes while we were still waiting for whatever we asked for. My food didn’t come out with everyone else’s and the waitress had the nerve to ask me what I had ordered and said “oh I must have forgot it in the kitchen” and that took another 5 minutes to get. When we were finally finished with our food we asked for a box and that took another 20 minutes. We finally got our boxes after one of my friends went up to the host stand and asked for them. Not only did we complain about the boxes, but none of the empty dishes were removed from our table. They said they were short staffed which I understand since I used to be a server but there was a bus boy cleanings off other tables. We were there for a whole 2 hours just waiting on our server, we only spent about 30 minutes eating. It was the worst experience ever!
Love Olive Garden!! Fresh, delicious, never ending salad & bread sticks. The salad is so good! I love me some Italian food. Never a wait here, fast service & large portions. Great place!
Great place to go for soup and salad on a cold, rainy day and you will never leave hungry. Our waitress, Reign, was very, very attentive. She was great!!! Kudos to you, Reign. We will ask to be seated in her section again. The soups are hot and delicious. Try all four different types!
