I've been coming to this location for years it's been times where the steak was over cooked or undercooked but I can overlook that.... But today was a different story. I ordered the "Perfect Margarita" I was almost done when I stirred it that's when a dead fly floated to the top... I was so grossed out!!! The manager came to the table said " I'm sorry about that, I'll take it off your bill," that's it?!?! I had been drinking out of this glass the whole time and all he can say.... No offering us free dessert, a gift card for us to came back or a comp our check, .... Just took "Perfect Margarita" off the bill. Very disappointed in how the manager handled it.... I've worked in the restaurant business on and off for 10 yrs I know how this type of situation is handled.
I got some gift cards for Christmas that I had not used a couple years ago because of Covid. Well I finally got around to using one because I was it hing for a good steak. I can't cook one to save my life. I'd never been here so thought why not. We were greeted with a smile right away by a tiny little hostess who seated us. A waitress was right behind her with menus and asked for our drink order. You know the rest. Normally I always have an issue with restaurants over cooking my meat. Initially I thought OMG this is perfect. But then noticed how chewy it was ( not cooks fault necessarily, it was the cut I chose). Then I noticed it was raw in the middle. Not wanting to be a Karen I just asked for a to go box and thought I'd just cook it more at home. The seasons were perfect though. Just make sure when you order medium rare, check the middle. The sides will be perfect but the middle might not be. Overall though I'd definitely go back. ?
Had a pretty long wait and dont really understand the whole ' call ahead" deal because we did call ahead and yet had to wait for 45 minutes.Service was quick and attentive. Food was very good.
Saturday night. 7pm. Apps were out quickly. Wait staff was more that punctual. Everytime there was an empty plate or a soda to be refilled he was on it. Service was excellent. Steak was juicy and flavorful. Cooked exactly how it was ordered. Worth the pay. This location won’t be regretted.
Absolutely love this place!! The food, environment, music, wait staff, just a overall great place!! Got here on a busy Saturday night @ 6 pm. Gave my name, they said 1 - 1/2 hour wait, which is totally understandable. We waited 38 minutes to be seated. Thats impressive, considering the place was packed, standing room only. I got the parmesan crusted chicken it's amazing. I have also gotten the steak & pork chops & they are great as well. Very good food. A salad, enree & 1 side for $15, can't beat that. Our waiter was awesome, so friendly & very comical. Overall great time!! Highly recommend this place!! A++++
Chris, Cody & Joe were excellent!!! Best customer service I've seen thus far!!! I highly recommend this setting for a date night. Chill environment for sure! Oh and the food was phenomenal!
Have been in town for work and this Longhorn has been a real gem. Great food and great service. We love you Missy. Thank you for taking care of us.
Being there alone, I decided to sit at the bar. The wings were great. Sauce is really not necessary.The beer was icy cold. Nice.The lady behind the counter was very kind and friendly. Service was on point.Good job.
Placed an order in the Easton area on a weekend. The manager was very argumentative trying to tell us they had sent email verification of the time the food would be done. Make a long story short never got an email. So there for never got our food we canceled it.Was not waiting another hour after sitting out there almost 45 minutes already. So we will not b going back there ever. You need to stop hiring these young ones to be a so called MANAGER. Very poor management.
Great ribeye (tad heavy on the pepper tho). Broccoli is amazing. Great food and reasonable price. Always a good choice. Disappointed they don't have prime rib anymore
