I've ate here a few times ordering takeout and the food was good which is why I gave the two stars. As for the service I received as a first time dine-in customer is what also landed them at two stars for me.While my review may be no sweat of this establishment's back as the are a popular place, I couldn't keep my experience to myself. My two children and I sat there for at least 10 minutes waiting for someone to even acknowledge that we were there and our order wasnt taken until I actually had to flag a waitress down. After finishing the meal which took quiet sometime to receive, I sat and waited and watched as no one else that arrived had to wait to be serviced. Some tables were even being hovered over to ensure they received good service. No one even bothered to simply ask are you all done?/ok?/finished? NOTHING!!. It seems that only after I asked if there was a manager available (which there wasn't) to speak with and waiting for at least another 20 mins to be addressed, did the waitress finally show back up.I dont know if we were looked over because me and my children were the only Brown faces in the room but no one else seemed to have a problem with being served. Needless to say, we will not be visiting Frank's again

Had stromboli, couple of slices, garlic knots and tiramisu ?. Love this place

Friendly. Fast serving! Good food. Good price. Love the sangria here!

Best white pizza in the valley. Good peach sangria, too.

I haven’t had any good pizza in so many yrs living in Pa I came across this restaurant while shopping in the area and ima tell you good pizza very Good pizza I recommend this place hands down I wish I would have gotten two pizza pies I don’t live close but when I’m in the area again I will be eating here

Great service and food. Perfect for grabbing a couple of pizza slices on my lunch break.

Waited 30 minutes for a small pizza I was told would take 15... Was told 5 more minutes as I watched them making it and putting it in the oven...Went to McDonald's instead.

I am so grateful for this place! My daughter has multiple allergies that restricts her from most foods. However, she is able to have a gluten free pizza with pepperoni and tomato sauce (no cheese bc she’s allergic) and when I ordered the first time here I had an employee named Bob make sure there wasn’t any dairy/cheese in the sauce they normally use for pizza. And it’s good he was thorough because there is Parmesan cheese in the sauce used on the pizza. So they accommodate my daughter with using just regular tomato sauce. Every time I’ve call to order pick up they already know how to make her pizza. Everyone I’ve dealt with here has been pleasant and professional. The negative Nancy’s need to check themselves before they wreck them themselves. I guess they’ve lived in a bubble their entire life. Don’t listen to those reviews, who knows… it could be competitors trying to diminish their customer base for all you know. Enjoy your pizza from here, it’s the best we’ve had since living in PA for the last 4 years.

Been going there for 15 years. The best food in the area...

The waitress did not take notice of the 3rd person! How do you take notice to 2 out of the 3 customers that all come in together? Very rude when it came to the service.Asked 2 of us what we wanted to drink and take our food orders but not the 3rd?? Very rude...
