Everytime I order ahead online during what is supposed to be operating hours my money is taken and when I get to the store they are closed. Yesterday I went at 8:15am, they were closed! Their hours posted say they open at 6, I only received 100 points and no refund for the 2 coffees I purchased and did not receive. This is a horrible store.
They have no signage to let you know they aren't letting people inside, even though they were open for walk in customers last week. Very inconsistent customer service usually terrible sometimes acceptable, they aren't very good at making their drinks and don't listen to your requests at all. I would avoid this Dunkin and just go to Wawa instead. 3/10
Horrible! They never have items. They will give you a completely wrong order. I really think they have no supervision or no one there to take control. You ask for lightly toasted and it’s burnt.
This place just keeps going downhill. My lattes never taste good at all. I ask for oatmilk and it's never right. You can literally taste the difference with oatmilk and any other milk. Some people ask for a specific milk for a reason. It's just ridiculous. Also asked for flavoring like caramel or something and you can never taste it. I never have this problem at 25th street dunkin. I only go here because it's close to home but I'm going to start taking the drive to a different dunkin. It's not worth wasting your money on nasty coffee that you have to fix because if you say something to them, they get an attitude.
Worst Dunkin’ ever. Staff is rude, and they mess up every time I go here. I ordered a shamrock macchiato and got a white cream mess of a drink. They can’t make any type of speciality drink on the menu. The bagel I got was a hard hockey puck, literally made my gums bleed. DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY.
Truly seemed like an unprofessional, overstuffed environment. Definitely would not go to this establishment again. I'm not sure who runs this dunkin but furniture has holes in it and while we drank our coffee and tried to relax we listened to the female staff curse and yell. Seemed like we were sitting in a gymnasium.
Worst experience so far. This dunkin is well below standards and has been for years now. Owner must be a huge POS and pay nothing to have the employees with the attitudes they have. No ice today? Oven is being cleaned? Employees attitude was sooo severe and for no reason. This place has to close so something better can open for real.
Only drive up was available, staffing continues to cause long waits. They do manage to remain pleasant despite some of the customers. The error rate on orders is why four stars, after a long wait wrong flavor muffin.
Placed an online order at 6:02 am on 12/30/21 and went down there to pick up 2 dozen donuts to bring to my wife’s hospital prior to her procedure. We pulled up to this Dunkin’ Donuts that was quick to take the funds out if our account at 6:25 (25 min after the advertised open time) only to find all the interior lights off, only the “open” light illuminated and a car waiting outside as well waiting directly in front of the store. We first pulled up to the drive thru, no answer. We called right after, no answer. After another vehicle pulled up next to the first vehicle that was already sitting there since we arrived, I walked up to the gentleman who just pulled up leaning into the first vehicle and asked if they had been waiting as in.”waiting for an on line order” and I was told they were “waiting also……to open, someone was running late.” At 630, a half hr after the advertised time of this store being open, we cancelled the order online and left. The team at this location need to get their acts together and or change their advertisement/open time. Never coming to this Dunkin Donuts……ever.I
This is the worst and most mismanaged store ever. I get mad at myself every time I give it another try.
