Two employees on a busy morning with 8 customers .. it was disastrous and disorganized. The one employee was rude to another customer because he took the wrong order . I was waiting for a delivery for ubereats and it was intensely stressful. Would not go bsck unless they were more respectful/less outwardly stressed and better equipped to handle a normal customer flow.
I've had some good food here before but lately my orders have become more and more inconsistent and incorrect. Today me and my partner spent $20 on 2 drinks and some food and only one of our drinks were what we asked for. We brought our issue up with the employees and were told the Manager was out for that day and the next, and on the same day she was coming into the store she was leaving for vacation. If this is true, it's very irresponsible to leave employees without management especially when situations they have no training in may appear since it puts employees in uncomfortable and potentially dangerous siuations. If it's not, then we're disappointed to see good employees we've received good service from before stop caring about their work. Regardless of whether or not we go back to this store, I hope the company hires more management and/or properly and fully trains the staff
This is the WORST Dunkin Donuts I have ever been in. The girl working there is always exceptionally Rude always has a chip on her shoulder. They close the lobby for no apparent reason forcing customers to order through the walk up window where she only takes and completes one order at a time taking forever for a customer to get their order. This place should be shut down or fire this ignorant person for their unprofessional conduct. If she isn’t happy with her place in life she should find another job. Dunkin’ Donuts could do a lot better. There are a lot of people who would gladly take her place
Big screen advertising for chocolate croissant, stocked out. Donuts weren't fresh, not the cleanest place, no working bathroom. I still tipped hoping it was an off day I visited ?
I used to manage this Dunkin 2 and a 1/2 years ago and the manager there now seems to think it's OK to give me a problem every time I go there from my coffee today I just went in there about 1520 minutes ago my mom went in to order to coffee's and my mom's handicapped and she said well since my mom made the initial complaint but I also had a coffee done too and it was watered down and hers was burnt they refused to make my coffee after I after I was looking for the peanut butter flavor for an hour and a 1/2 at other dunkins never will I go to this Dunkin again
Shantel just decided to push me off to the app instead of refunding the order of two bottles sodas that I ordered through the app, which also is listed on the menu inside of this location. She was even hesitant on giving her name to me which as a retail manager is kind of unprofessional. Any other location was able to refund items they sold out of or may not carry in stock. Site owner may want to reconsider staff.
Got my order wrong. But no ones perfect. And the service was pretty decent
This is my go to daily Dunkin. The one lady always makes my coffee right. They are working hard to improve the service.
My daughter and I stopped here while roaming around downtown and checking out the shops. The man who was working was very friendly and efficient. He made our drinks exactly the way we asked and had a great spirit about him. The customers were even friendly and we made conversation while we were in there. Nice atmosphere thanks to the friendly associate. He was the only one working and still managed to help everyone in a timely fashion. The store looked clean as well.
Dirty inside restaurant. Wouldn't let me use bathroom even though I paid. Latte was awful.
