Stopped in over the weekend and I'm so glad I did. The grilled chicken sandwich was delicious. The cream cheese cones were amazing. The owner was very friendly and easy to talk to.No need for me to drive back to NYC when I want a good hero this place is a keeper.
Isaac knocked it out of the park again.. the CHEZ is phenomenal! Turkey, American, lettuce, tomato, Mayo & Salt & Vinegar chips on a Kaiser Roll!! Ciao is hands down the best sandwich shoppe in the Lehigh Valley!!
My last experience at ciao was great, however this experience was pretty bad. Whoever was working the register messed up everyone’s orders and got my sandwich wrong. I didn’t want to get anyone in trouble and call anyone out because it looked like the guy was struggling as is already. Whoever was making the sandwiches told me that I should have said something, and seemed to put the blame on me rather than his own co worker. I ate a quarter of the sandwich and had to throw out the rest. Unfortunately, the guy working register probably should not be working there anymore.
Easily one of the best sandwich spots in town. Everything tastes and feels fresh, the staff is amazing and its just a great time. Highly recommend the ABEmpire melt (add doritos to it for an extra crunch) or the Just Wing It. You’ll be coming back for sure.

Such great food! Had to check out all the hype from my food group! Hype is well deserved!! We loved the #4, ingredients were fresh and tasty, NY bread.. chef's kiss on that perfect chew! We will be back again and again! ❤
Decent weather this Groundhogs Day, 2022 and so, decided to head downtown Easton, PA to try this new sandwich shop named CIAO!As soon as we entered this cozy space, the good energy vibe was swirling abound and found a comfy stool at the counter. The owners were knocking out some good looking sandwiches piled high with cold cuts and toppings. It didn’t take me long to order the FORGETTABOUTIT, warmed roast beast on an Italian seeded semolina roll, melted cheesy topped and toasted.It’s not so big an interior but this place has everything going for it, cold drink case, specialty sandwich board, fries and extras like chips and maybe a rice ball? Isaac and Anthony, you ROCK, in food preparation, service and personality. Have to admit, tho, “BONNIE’S” still on my mind which means we'll be back SOON,??
