I work in service and I really try to be understanding, patient, and grateful, however my experience at this location was so ridiculous that I felt it necessary to write a review for the first time ever doing so. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE. The workers are so slow it’s actually comical and I watched as they acted as though our order didn’t go through, along with multiple other people… AFTER WAITING 40 MINUTES. I’m hungry and irritated and they do not refund you. Anyway good luck to anyone trying to get food here. They’d probably be better off shutting down this location.
Came here at around 8:00pm for a bowl. Staff was incredibly polite and quick to serve. Food was delicious, though they were out of the rice I wanted. The reason I am giving this place three stars is because of how disgustingly dirty it was. I understand it was late in the day so the employees hadn't cleaned for the evening - but omg was it gross. There was all kinds of food covering the countertops where they serve you and tons of rice, beans, and slop over the counter where you pay for your food. It takes a couple seconds to wet a rag and clean the areas where you're preparing food for customers. Yuck!
I understand the whole world is short staffed, however I had to wait an additional 30 minutes for my order to be completed. Then another customer was sitting and waiting for a whole hour! Finally he asked the workers where his order was. The kid looked up his order and still the customer was waiting. The worker legit just left and sated he needed to go outside.. meanwhile the customer was WAITING. I got angry for him! Never will I go back to this place. MostDysfunctional chipotle ever. Oh and they were take out only and weren’t participating in the buy one get one deal
I always try and give this location the benefit of the doubt but they always seem to disappointSomehow some way. They never get through the line in a timely manner. They give a mountain of salsa- juice and all but a sprinkle of cheese… no common sense when it comes to serving food for people. Chips always stale. Can’t be the staff has to be lack of leadership. There always seems to be one person working the line from start to finish including the register.
i ordered online, and i had a few issues with my order. first, the drinks were out, i paid for a specialty drink but ended up with fountain, second the rice was plain. no lime or cilantro ???!?!?! why mess up something so simple yet essential? ruined the whole taste- next there was little to no meat in either of the two burritos. lastly, the burritos werent even labeled ! i had to rip them apart to figure out whose was whose and by then they were leaking. over all worst experience so far, probably will eat here again tho lets not lie
This chipotle on freemansburg avenue in Pennsylvania is by far the worst experience I’ve had a the restaurant. Got there at 8pm, 2hrs before close and they told me they were out of everything. No fajitas. Not enough steak or chips, etc. when I asked why. The dude behind the counter was super rude, and just said it was a busy day, people love our food and we’re understaffed. So they’re so busy they can’t afford staff to continue to make food 2 hours before they close, not too mention the place was almost completely dead at the time, the whole restaurant was a mess and a bunch of staff were sitting around joking at the empty tables where customers sit. Sorry. I may never get food here again. Horrible employees and customer service.
Gave this place 5 stars many years ago but something has been happening over the past 2 years. Whenever I order in person they are out of something. Like, how do you run out of rice at 6pm when there is no one in line? Orders are slow and the front line is messy.The last straw was when I ordered via the Chipotle app 3 bowls and a large chips and guac. Every single item was missing guacamole which we found out at home after we opened them. The restaurant did not even have the courtesy to refund us for the guac. Somebody come get this Chipotle that is straight up theft. Furthermore, the rice was undercooked and the hot salsa was way too spicy.I love Chipotle. I've been in a loving relationship with Chipotle for over 10 years. I am seeing trouble at other Chipotle stores, not just this one. It makes me sad to see what was once a great business self-destruct.
This is the worst Chipotle. I continue to go here because ours close to my house, but I’m done.EVERY SINGLE TIME I do a mobile order ours wrong. Also, if I do an in person order; there’s an issue. I went into the store and I seen guacamole right in my face, and they told me they were out. I said, “it’s sitting right there”! They then say it’s only for online orders. So, I said if I place my order online may I have it then, and they said yes. They really had me enter my order online, and then added the guac. SMHMy most recent incident, I ordered the new pollo asada chicken. Something told me to check my order in the store, but I didn’t. I thought to myself “are they really going to consistently get my order wrong) I get home and to my surprise (not really surprised) it was a barbacoa bowl. I tried to call the store so I could go back for the right item and not have to stand in line, but I only could speak to a robot. I was instructed to go into my order and chat with another non-human. They offered me a free entree, but at this point I just want my $18.00 back.Also, every single time the food is cold. I purposely started removing cold items hoping this would resolve the issue, but nope food is still cold.
Go support a smaller, local Mexican joint, like El Jefe's or even Don Juan's. This place rarely has food, the food isn't warm or good and more than half the time Chipotle's website is down and you can't order food, here. The Automated telephone service sucks, too. This place it too busy for the quality and the employees usually look stressed and flustered. Chipotle has gone downhill, in general, but this store isn't pleasant. I hate picking up food here for delivery, as well, the wait can be 30-60 minutes
I ordered a bowl and got a completely different order. I decided to just eat it, since I didn’t feel like making a complaint. However, the chicken was so undercooked! I’m deeply saddened.
