I never review places, but this Chipotle is absolutely terrible. I ordered 2 bowls from DoorDash tonight. One bowl didn’t come with the corn salsa, and came with beans when we asked for no beans. The second bowl didn’t come with beans when we asked for it, no sour cream, barley any cheese, and no Guacamole. Such a shame since I paid extra for it. The chicken was made very well though. Other then that I don’t recommend unless you’re going in person to watch them make your bowl.
I don’t understand why this place is a 2.2. This is the best chipotle around. All of the workers are incredible and hardworking. Especially Gianna! The way she gets through the lines is super human. She’s also got incredible customer service. Best chipotle employee ever!
The food is fine but sanitation issue where the person fixing your food also goes and works the register and DOES NOT change his gloves. The only thing he is keeping clean that way is himself. Please emphasize your staff to change their gloves if working both areas!
Best Chipotle ever. Stuff is friendly, food is fresh, burritos are juicy! Great experience.
I ordered 2 bowls and 2 tacos and chips. They said they were out of chips yet I see them making the chips. So I ask them how long would I need to wait for the chips and they said I can’t order it. I drive a half hour to get chipotle and because I did not place the order online I am turned away? I will not return to this location and in hope the managers get customer service training.
This Chipotle can be hit or miss(like most right now). Picked up an inside to go order, was ready on time, entire order made correctly. They do tend to be short on chips or other ingredients at times. For the most part this location has been good.
This place should just close down. I don't know who is managing it, but it's pretty bad. It took me over a half an hour to order and I still didn't get what I wanted because they are out of half of the ingredients at any time. They have the ability to make it, they just don't plan ahead and they run out. I've been here three times and I've not been able to get chips during each visit.
The attached picture practically speaks for itself, I received half of a portion of what I ordered. I hoped this location would be better than the one on Freemansburg Ave – at least they give you the entire portion you ordered.
When this place first opened I came here and everything was great. But I think once everyone found out and it got busier, the place seriously crashed and burned. I despise going to the Freemansburg chipotle because there’s always an issue with my order, and this location is headed in the same direction. This was the last straw. They mixed up my kids orders and one of the quesadillas was so burnt, I couldn’t even open the aluminum foil and once I pried it open, there was no cheese inside the tortilla. Their fruits were missing. Their drinks were missing. An entree I ordered was missing. And this is with me picking up the order WAY later than I originally ordered it for. The only 2 Chipotles in this area are horrendously run..
Nowhere to go but up for this newly opened place. Ordered pickup via the app. Got there and found out that only drive-thru was open, and they were totally backed up. Waited almost 30 minutes, only to have them get my order wrong and the burrito bowl only half filled. Chipotle HQ was very kind and took care of me, so I'm willing to give them another try.
