I had to edit my previous review from a couple of years ago to knock it down a few stars. This place was top notch during the first year of the pandemic, handling a double drive-thru line and getting it all right and fresh. Who knows what happened to this place. Last order they had to be corrected at the window, ended up forgetting a 12 piece nuggets, and the chicken on the sandwich was overcooked and cold. Judging by the other recent reviews, this place has seriously gone downhill. I recommend avoiding this location at least until someone comes in and turns things around.
This location sucks the food always looks like it’s been cooked in the same fryer oil since the location opened. Chicken is flat as a pancake and taste like a shoe. Fries are soggy and pathetic and I usually throw them out. I try this location once or twice a month and nothing improves. Day and night comparison to the Lehigh Valley Mall location where everything is always fresh and consistent. Hoping the change management some day.
Stopped in for a quick bite to eat. Typically I am amazed at the cleanliness, this time I was not extremely impressed. It was clean and employees did come around and wipe down the tables. But just not as clean as other Chick-fil-a's I have been to. The employees were friendly and polite. Even for being very busy they were 5 stars. The food was delicious as with any fast food restaurant.
The lady working the drive thru on 2/15/22 was so rude. Kept interrupting me and treating me as I was bothering her with questions .
After waiting in the drive thru line for over 30 minutes we gave our order to the guy standing outside, he put everything into the system and charged us through the app; we saw it take the money out and our rewards. Then after reloading our account with another 10$ to pay the 2$ remainder we are told the system went down and after speaking with who I believe was the manager on shift was told we’ll need to pay again. She said that the other amount (20$ and 6$ of rewards) we paid should be refunded to the account in a few days and if not to call. After telling her we’re not comfortable repaying for something we don’t actually know will be refunded later on we ask to cancel the order because she insists we will need to repay. The manager doesn’t apologize not once for the time wasted in line and the aggravation caused at the pick up window and allows us to leave without our food which they then have to (and I hope they actually did) throw out. We will not ever be returning to this chik fil a. Their drive thru is madness and we can never seem to get through it without problems. Why charge someone twice for an order and take the chance that it will be refunded. Very disappointed with the way they handled this.It’s been a week now and no refunded money like they said so essentially I would of paid 2x for our food that day And now I’ve paid once and received no food. I will be calling corporate office about this.
I love the food here. The chicken is amazing. The service is pretty good. Over all, a great restaurant.
Went to pay. I had twenty dollars on my app. He scanned it with rewards. Was two dollars and change left over. Reloaded my card and when he scanned it again the tablet crashed. Went to the window and he said it didn’t process had to scan again. There was a “pending balance”. Just had to scan for rewards again. Then took my other ten on my account. Then said it all didn’t process. Had to pay the bill in full but the thirty they already took would be refunded at some point in time. Wanted me to pay the bill in full already after taking 30 dollars off of my accountInstead of just comping the meal or doing anything at all they said either pay the full bill again or we can’t do anything. So they wanted me to pay 60 dollars for 22 something meal in hopes I would eventually get my money back. If not I can just call they said.Waited in a long line for nothing and left with no food. Last time I’ll ever come back here or another chic fil a. Can’t wait to see the hassle of Trying to get my Thirty dollars back I paid to receive no food
Food is always good. Fresh and pretty fast for the a.ount of people that was inside ordering. Kudos to the staff
Our men's church group held our annual breakfast there and it was fantastic. The food was hot and very good. Our waitress was assigned exclusively to our room and was on top of everything.
Once again, even after speaking with a manager who assured our meals would be correct and not missing sandwiches the next time we came through…… we’re missing a meal. And the rest of our sandwiches were made wrong. The fries were absolutely soggy and disgusting. I will not make the long drive to this location anymore. Orders are constantly wrong. So half my kids get food and the other half get the soup we have in the cabinet. This location went way down hill.
