Chicken Parm & Garlic Bread. The dish was not too bad the garlic bread was a little less desirable

We walked here for lunch from the Crayola Experience. We hadn't picked it in advance like we normally do, so we had no expectations. This is one of those nice hole-in-the-wall type places. Service was FAST! Food was great. Everyone was very polite. We had a delicious lunch, which included spaghetti, a hot sub, a panini, and French fries, plus drinks from the cooler. We ordered at the counter. I am glad I left a tip when I paid because we were served at the table and did not have to clear our own plates. We love small places like this.
Eric Franco (owner) took my call today. I needed food delivered to friends going through a challenging time. He could not have been more accommodating and helpful. Highly recommend. Great old fashioned service in this crazy world we find ourselves living in. He’s a very honest man. What a pleasure.

First of all it was 45 to 50 minutes, Which turned into 90 minutes. I live mad close. Cold food, Nothing worst than soggy bread, fries, and fried chicken. Whom ever is answering there phone, needs class in good Customer service. I said so my food just going to be cold an soggy, I don't know it's your food. Wrong answer. Be Grateful! Be happy you have Customers!
