Carrabba's in Palmer catered Suburban EMS' golf tournament earlier this month. They exceeded our expectations, by far. The staff was extremely professional and efficient. Everything was cooked and prepared fresh on site and served on time. Priscilla, their manager, did a fantastic job making sure everything ran smoothly. They will definitely be our catering go-to for years to come. We can't thank them enough for such an amazing event, and we can't wait to have them back again next year!
A good meal after a funeral (private event). Definitely a good spot for the family to commemorate. Great service and really top notch dishes. Definitely a recommendation.
Good service and friendly staff. Food was ok. I had lobster ravioli which honestly seemed like a very small portion for the price. Bartender was friendly and offered good suggestions on drinks. Nice happy hour options.
My wife and I had not been to a Carrabba's in nearly 22 years. When we saw the one in Easton we were both excited but also kind of nervous that it may not be any good anymore. Fortunately, we were very pleasantly surprised. The food and the service were both phenomenal. Our server was extremely helpful and went above and beyond for all of our requests. She even noticed that items from our order were missing before we did! So glad to know that some businesses have remained good after all these years.
As my 2nd visit to this franchise I was equally as satisfied as the 1st, actually more so. We dined around 4 PM and we had most of the restaurant to ourself. Our server Logan was great, made good suggestions that turned out to be tasty. The bread was piping hot this visit and I had the pasta trio and my son had 2 orders of the mezzaluna. Logan suggested the chicken noodle soup with his second order & it was delicious with a hint of spice. The brownie mousse dessert was delish. Would definitely recommend.
My girlfriend, her family and I came out for her birthday to Carabba's. The food and ambiance were both absolutely exquisite. I went with the Italian classics trio, my girlfriend had the Pollo Rosa Maria. Her parents had the chicken parmesan and fettuccine Alfredo. Her grandfather had the rigatoni with sausage and his girlfriend went with the veal marsala. To finish it off my girlfriend was treated to a slice of sogno di chocolate. The staff was excellent, exuding the highest quality of professionalism and earned their gratuity in spades. I'm hoping to return soon for another meal.
We sat around the bar area and were lucky enough to meet the bartender! What a personable and pleasant young lady! Service was great as was our food! Will have to return to see the bartender again Soon! Will Remember her name! Hopefully....
Our waiter was amazing.Food was great. I asked for something not on the menu. The waiter decided to put is twist on it by adding racotta cheese. It was stellar. Will never ha e it any other way now!
I have to give a huge shout out to this restaurant. We ordered catering from the Carrabbas near us for our wedding and they completely forgot about us. Not only that, but they hung up on us when we called to find out where the food was. We called the Easton restaurant hoping they could contact the restaurant we ordered from. Carrabbas in Easton answered our call, offered to make our huge catering order, did it in 20 minutes for FREE and gave us $100 in gift cards for the trouble. And it wasn’t even their mistake! What amazing customer service. I hope all of my local friends give them some business. They definitely deserve it!
We were able to make reservations for a large group for a birthday dinner. The staff was friendly, helpful and patient. Our server John was exceptional. Everyone loved the food. I highly recommend!!!
