they beet me for a burger. spent the last of my money on the burger meal and a extra for another burger and only got 2

Worst customer experience and terrible food, the burger king near Walmart is better in food quality and usually has better workers. Do not go here or you'll risk food poisoning.

They need a new speaker box, been like this for a few months now. It's a pain trying to order and either they can't hear you or you can barley hear them. By the time we got home food was cold. I know that happens but normally it will be warm, not this time.

The drive thru at this restaurant is horrible!! It’s extremely slow and once you’re in it your stuck because there’s no exit. God forbid if you’re picking up an order you have to wait forever in the they slow drive tru line.

Went for the Italian chicken which is advertised on their sign, all over their drive thru menus. Was told that they aren't making it anymore. 6 days later, the advertisement is still on their sign by the street. So I wonder, are they really not making it or did they just not feel like making it that day? Either way, was highly disappointed. Got a regular chicken sandwich and it was just eh.

Stopped for some fast food…. After 25 minutes in the drive through, I can finally see the speaker. Maybe I will get some food within the hour….. pretty sure they are taking naps between each order. And the dining room isn’t open so I can’t imagine what could be slowing them down THIS MUCH.

Food was good but no outside lights were on . Couldn't see menu or hardly where we were driving in parking lot.

My husband and I used the drive-thru to get our $.37 Whoppers. We are seniors, and not good at using our cell phones and apps to order takeout. Hannah took our order and was telling me which things to press on my phone, but I was still confused. Hannah came out of the restaurant to assist me on my phone and my husband's phone. She went above and beyond to help us get our food. She was great!!! She was kind, and did all of this with a smile on her face! What a terrific employee Burger King has in her. She truly deserves recognition for what she did for us. Thank you, Hannah!!!Sincerely,Two appreciative seniors

Would love to actually go but even though they say open it never is. Drive thru is constantly blocked. When it gets dark they never turn parking lot lights on so once again. You never know if they're open
