Star was a good waitress. The Old Fashioned cocktail was excellent.The Buffalo Wedge Salad as at best, pathetic. At worst, a total ripoff. Tiny piece of chicken, a few slices of tomato, a bit of romaine. That was it for $12+. My friend ordered the same salad. An even smaller piece of chicken, no tomatoes, no dressing.Will not go back. EVER.
The wings were spot on. Much better dinning in than pickup.Server was slow. Training a new waitress. They seemed to disappear off the floor for long periods of time.We sat waiting to get our check to leave. This was the only downside. Understand the training process. It was being off the floor the issue
For the second time I leave this Buffalo Wild Wings location disappointed by the service. Our server wasn't exactly friendly. She was short and abrupt at each interaction. Not everyone is the same to deal with. Personality aside my appetizer arrived after my meal was served and my food was cold. Disappointed once again. I will not make the mistake of eating at this location again.Consistent poor service.ConsistentConsistent
It took 29 minutes to be seated and over an hour to receive the food that was over cooked not to mention the watered down drinks, rude manager and slow waitress.
This is the worse place ever. We got Uber Eats, the food that came, yes I know it’s not going to be fresh but that’s not the issue. Tiny portions of fries, if I was at the restaurant and they brought those out to me the manager and I would be having a conversation. The burgers, neither one are what I ordered, so my 7 year old refused to eat her burger, which I don’t blame her, it was gross. Don’t get the burgers, and the wings ain’t all that either. Keep dreaming BW’s.
This is twice I ordered a plain burger on uber and got a burger with everything on it. It shows it right on the receipt bun only. Even the burger they sent me is thrown together like a kid playing kitchen. Not ordering from there again. Waste of money.
I’ve been to this location numerous times now and the food is always hit or miss. Today I ordered 6 traditional parmesan garlic wings, and they were rubbery and warm at best. The restaurant was not packed at all so you’d hope to get fresh food since they wouldn’t be rushing to get orders out. My husband ordered 12 traditional spicy garlic wings and his looked like they’d been sitting out a while and had little to no sauce on them. I don’t understand how people can be served dried up crusty looking food. The only positive I have is that our waitress was super nice and attentive.
I don’t really like leaving reviews unless something is extraordinarily good or bad, well in the case of the Easton area Buffalo Wild Wings it was the latter. The bartender was rude off the bat, constantly complaining that she “didn’t want to do anything”, huffed and puffed anytime a question was asked or request was made. We ordered 30 boneless wings and let me say that these things were TINY. We fully expected to bring some home (only 2ppl eating) but there wasn’t even enough, they were SMALL. Also, we got shorted on the total number of wings! In the time it took me to eat 4, unless the person next to me ate 11 of them in that same time frame, we were shorted. After I ate my 4 the dish looked pretty light so I counted the remaining at 15 which is impossible we could have ate 15 wings in 3 min. Service bad, food tiny and expensive. I’m contemplating even calling about this which is something I NEVER do. Ugh 0 stars for this experience. Here’s a pic of 3 “wings” for reference.
Horrible service. I come in here with a large group an the server splits all us all up and then messes up all of our orders and gives attitude when we correct her NICELY on her mistake. Never once did she ask if we wanted refills and than we asked her politely if she could split our check up and she said “ no i am not doing all of that. You have to deal with it “ horrible customer service I definitely will never be coming back
Our server was awesome. It was busy when we got there, but it looked like they were staffed appropriately. We all had boneless wings, two of the orders were good, one of them had smaller pieces. Overall the food was good....just not great.
