The server was pleasant. The food was good. I will visit again.
I’m not sure what happened with this place but, the quality has gone down significantly the last few times I’ve eaten here. The service is pretty bad. I ordered 2 slices of supreme pizza. The server came over and told me it would be cheaper to get a 10 inch but I didn’t mind the price being more expensive for 2 slices of supreme. She brought me 2 meat lovers whatever you call it slices. Either your servers don’t know the menu or she knew what she was doing and cutting corners hoping I wouldn’t notice.Despite this, our food just sucked and the last two times it sucked too. This time, our pizza was undercooked and falling apart and so were our fries. What happened to this place? Just bad employees? Management? Idk. But it doesn’t matter because I’m done giving this place chances.
We have not gone to this place in years and now I know why. No one acknowledged that we walked in the door so we looked for clean looking spot at the bar (that should have been the first clue). The service was slow and poor at best. The food was barely warm when served. Skip this place in favor of other nearby dining options.
Went for dinner with my wife and kid for the Dr. Seuss event. Found the place too be very clean the food was excellent my kids loved the pizza and wings! Our servers did a great job for the amount of customers they had!
Placed an order to go, pizza, fries, and some wings. We arrived for the pick up time and the wings and fries were ready, but the pizza hadn’t been made yet. Staff informed me it was a error with the order ticket not printing. I was told it could be 20 minutes for the pizza to be ready. I went out to my car, parked near the pick up entrance, and was tending to my two upset, crying kids while we waited. Well I don’t know if the staff saw us through the windows, but the pizza was ready in no time, super hot and fresh. So as a parent, I appreciate the service immensely! We order take out all the time and will certainly continue to do so.
Tried twice in a week here. Both were a fail. St. Patrick’s day we waited over 20 minutes and was never served. Went back again tonight for family fun night for a fundraiser. Again, never taken care of for 20+ minutes. It hurts knowing that they weren’t prepared for a school’s fundraiser that could have turned out really well.
after years of having lunches here..tonight was the worse service, food and drinks EVER! Hot wings full of quills..drinks sucked! got our food before our drinks..and the waitress stood around drinking soda and on her phone! what a ?show!!! Done!
I have found since moving to Easton that the closest location on Sullivan Trail is unreliable. They post hours and services that they are not prepared to uphold. It's not that their food is great, it's average. Sometimes a quick local delivery is good but if they close an hour early (then what is publicly scheduled) what makes them special? Their pizza does not compare to a local, family owned pizza.Unprofessional and out of control. I just called, lol. Who owns this place? Your employees are not being professional!
Big Woody’s is a pretty common spot for me and my friends to stop by at. I don’t usually leave reviews, let alone on our neighborhood bar. However, Narcissa (our server) was incredibly attentive on a pretty busy Thursday. We ordered plenty of food and beverages. She had the perfect balance of checking in to make sure we were okay and giving us space. 10/10 recommend stopping by on a Thursday and hanging out with Narcissa.Food, beverages and service will always keep us coming back.
Will update once I receive my food but has been about an hour and a half since I placed a delivery order online and on hold on the phone for over 15 minutes trying to get an update.UPDATED:Even though it took a while to get the food, which was attributed to an error in the system or printing. The food was delicious. Pizza and wings were well worth the wait. Will be ordering again, maybe pick up lol
