Walked in for a table of 3 and the hostess told us it’d be 5-10 minutes. We waited outside for about 5 minutes then walked in to see if they were ready. We then waited another 35 minutes inside just to be stared and not be seated. Plenty of people got their seats when they came in after us. I guess Applebees just skips people when they feel like it. At least tell me an hour next time so I won’t be as disappointed
Our server Holly got us just what we needed with the quickness! Cold Chardonnay and compassion with a side of soup.
Food was good, hot, apps and food arrived at good times. Staff was friendly and quick.
It's Applebee's food, you get what you pay for which in this case is ok. Server attentiveness is lacking, I was sitting at the bar for nearly ten minutes before my drink order was filled and the place was far from busy. In a pinch, this will do but you're better off with a proper local establishment.
Food was good- grilled chicken breast, broccoli and mashed potatoes. Hubby had quesadillas (his favorite). Seating was kind of annoying- the main aisle was crowded and we could have been taken an easier route to our table- not the end of the world, just an odd choice by the hostess to go through that way. Waitress was very friendly and even checked back a few times to make sure we were doing ok.
Food was great and the staff was friendly! Altho, I wish their parking lot was a bit bigger to fit bigger cars/trucks
Clean, well kept, the waitress was awesome along with everyone else that works there. Very pleasant to be around ☺️
My meal wasn't too bad the only problem was not enough black beans and my lettuces leaves was the hard parts of the Roman heart ?
25 min wait when we came through the door the other day and half of dinning area was closed off assuming short staff due to pandemic and kitchen being behind. After we were sat waitress was wonderful and food came out quickly and was surprisingly really good for how backed up and short staffed they were! Ended up being worth the wait!
So close! I ordered curbside to go and I wanted the chicken tortilla soup and it was literally mush. Everything else was OK!
