Food is always cold like it has been sitting out . Always gets modifications wrong. I asked for a tropical berry lemonade and the guy gave me a regular lemonade.
Been going here for years but now lazy as all hell, close whenever they feel like. Stale and stiff buns.

Ordered 4 items. Wasn't crowded. They forgot a chicken sandwich, got the wrong burger, got a small fry rather than a large fry. Screwed up 3 out of 4 items. Never going back.

This Wendy’s has generally been pretty good, especially for breakfast. But yesterday I stopped to check out the recent advertising guaranteeing “hot and crispy” fries, and … this franchise doesn’t appear to be participating in that, since the fries were lukewarm. To top it off, the burger was cold. Oh well.
Best Wendys ever. The people are awesome. I go to Wendys for the baked potato alternative to fries and for a chocolate frosty here and there.
Placed a big order (about $60) worth of food. Kid at the register looked at my debit card like it was foreign money, asked us to pull into a parking spot since it was a large order (understandable). Then saw 3 other cars also pull into spots to wait for food. Our food was given to the wrong car twice. By the time we got it, it was cold. All 5 burgers were marked Hamburger (we ordered 3 different types of burgers). Fries were cold. No receipt was given to me. Seemed like the restaurant is run bunch of teenagers with no clue what they are doing. Definitely do not recommend this restaurant large orders. Would also recommend more training and for employees to write down the color of the cars they are asking to pull over with a copy of the receipt so it is not handed to multiple cars (not good practice during a pandemic)
Ordered a 4for4 medium asked for it to be dropped fresh they said okay only for me to get only the fries fresh I only asked for Everything fresh because I’m pregnant and don’t want the hour crispy that’s been sitting there or the nuggets that’s been sitting there for half an hour it takes 2 min for fries /crispy to cook and 4 min for nuggets I would know because I’ve managed at Wendy’s before the sad part is we ask if we should pull up the manager at the window said no it’s okay knowing everything she served to us was not fresh if I wanted just fries I would have got just fries can’t even eat my food now just a waste of money great job management team I’m sure you heard when we asked for fresh and if you didn’t shame on you because you should have a headset on.
