The older lady who works the self service coffee bar is always rude if not outright mean to customers. Something as simple as putting the coffee creamer back crooked could set her off and she isn't shy about insulting you right to your face.
4pm on a Saturday and there are 9 empty coffee dispensers and the iced coffee is out as well. I let the manager know and he just shrugs his shoulders and says ‘it’s being made now.’ Not what I expect from this company.

Everyone who works here is rude as hell. Seriously I’ve never had a good experience at this Wawa. I say “thank you” and they just don’t respond. Everytime I go I feel like I’m in the twilight zone. The blonde girl and the older man who work here are especially rude
I'm really starting to believe that there are people in Bucks County may be prejudice, in a passive-aggressive type of way. This is the third experience from a Bucks County establishment where the workers act like they don't want to greet me, let alone serve me. I will demand my respect. I have body camera footage of Mike, not giving good and welcoming service. Instead of saying "Thank you, have a good one", he begins to have a chit chat with another person.
I don't usually write negative reviews, but this WaWa has been regularly an unpleasant experience. There's teenagers loitering around the store constantly, usually blocking the deli to order or pick up food because they're talking to the teens working behind the counter. I have gotten food poisoning here and a friend had a egg sandwich served to him still frozen.
