Worst Starbucks ever. The woman who is supposed to be a leading example for all of her employees to follow is doing the complete opposite. Her attitude was disgusting and I hate to use that word but there’s no other word that comes to mind other than disgusting. Starbucks please do a better job at making sure your managers are leading your employees with the respect and integrity that all managers should show, to employees and to customers. For whatever reason the store closed at 6 (which is fine that’s life things happen) but when I approached the drive thru window the employees just stared at me until a woman who I’m assuming is the manager came up. Also there was a car I front of me and about 3 behind me. She said “yeah we put up a sign saying we closed at 6” I said just so you know there’s no sign on the drive thru maybe it blew away and the woman just closed the window on me no sorry, have a good night, nothing. Super rude
I love this Starbucks. The customer service is one of the best I have experienced. They have touch times especially during covid. They lost some people so new training had to be done for new. I think people here are too hard on the people who work here. The only thing is I wish the manager employed cleaning this place. The floors and tables need to be swept and wiped down. Everyday. Morning and afternoon. Please ask the employees to clean on their downtime. And there is downtime. I know because I am here almost everyday. Thanks!
I like the drive thru service. It's convenient. However, the prices have steadily increased since January 1st. My favorite no frills drink increased from $3.87 to $4.19 to $4.51. It seems like a petty complaint but the same drink is still $3.87 at the Starbucks at the new Giant.
Drive-thru orders have been yummy and made correctly. The line has been moving much more quickly...hoping they keep that up! :-)
This is the third time they were not capable of making the drink correctly. I thought maybe the first time they were having an off day, but NO. Do not go to this Starbucks if you want a correctly made $6 drink.
I could tell this was indeed Starbucks when I saw the big green sign. When I asked for coffee I actually got some. Asked for this at Lowe's and got a couple of strange looks.
This is a very popular location and the lines are long so I get the staff is probably over worked but every time I have been in the staff is so incredibly rude to the customers. I have never had this experience at another Starbucks but here it happens so often I avoid going.
I went here yesterday morning around 6am to get a vanilla bean Frappuccino and they told me they didn't have something for the drink because they ran out so it would taste more like coffee. Well After i drank some of it i got really sick and was throwing up all day yesterday.
I had an issue with an order here, and I called, and not only did they offer to remake the order, the women who helped me ( I believe the woman who assisted me was Gabby) were so sweet, extremely courteous, and really helpful, and they just went over the top to make things right. Love this place! Come here every single day!!!!
