This Saladoworks has really gone downhill. I haven't been here in a while and decided to try again today. There was a young girl with long blonde/blue hair that was hanging down into the food, and coughing (no mask). They have one person working the salad bar, and don't get me wrong, I understand everyone is short staffed. But when you have a customer who orders 5 salads and a wrap, doordash and online orders pouring in, and 6 people deep in line..why didn't someone from the back come out and take orders or help? The girl with the hair disappeared and left one guy to make everything. Another guy came out with chopped onions and left. It's noon on a Friday. I placed an online order the Panera down the street as I was leaving the building and it was ready before I left the Saladworks parking lot.
Worst sandwich I've ever had. I get that they are a salad company, but if you offer other thing, do it well. My BALT was untoasted, had little to no lettuce and bacon, the tomatoes were minimal in size and squishy, and overall the sandwich tasted terrible. 2/5, would not recommend sandwiches.
The broccoli is soggy like actually dripping water. Wasn't even given enough dressing to cover half of my salad. Was no bread or chips available as a side. Recommend going to a different one if u can.
Disappointed. Avocados were rock hard and should not be served until ripe. There was about a tablespoon of chopped chicken on the salad. We requested utensils on a to-go order, but they were not included so we had to eat with our hands.

This saladworks has gone rogue. They didn't have saladworks containers, the lettuce was brown, they had no idea how to make the salad I ordered, and instead of being honest about it, just started making it up on the spot (wasn't close). They didn't have rolls, and the salad was tiny. It sort of seemed like maybe their saladworks franchise had lapsed and they were just going with generic ingredients and containers and hoping no one would notice.
I used to get salads from this restaurant constantly, change in ownership make me go less and less as the food and employees got worse, this is the last time I visit, everything was terrible.
Limited options for vegans. Would like to see some tofu, plant based proteins, quinoa , hemp seed, cashew dressings . Felt like a salad bar at Dennys
Ordered from "SoupWorks" from Door dash because I'm not that bright apparently (I confused this restaurant with a specialty soup store located in the Marketplace which makes soups from scratch). My partner was sick so I ordered a quart of chicken noodle for fifteen dollars. When I tell you there was one piece of chicken and NO noodles I am not exaggerating. It was a very expensive tub of broth. All the soups tasted straight from the can, and as this is SW I assume they were, or maybe "straight from the bag" is more appropriate.I don't usually write this angry of reviews, but get your S together SW. No noodles and chicken in the chicken noodle soup? It's like I'm taking crazy pills. The "premium" toppings I got were all wrong and... sad. This was $15 for a quart of soup. Fifteen dollars. I'll repeat that, fifteen dollars for a tub of clear liquid and tortilla strips.
