We ordered a few pizzas from this location the staff was friendly and professional. the pizza was on time and excellent. The manager Joanne was great
Ordered no onions or peppers and extra meat twice both turn came stuffed with veggies and little meat, after tipping over 13 dollars tip carry out. Avoid this place
I was never the biggest Papa John's fan to begin with and it seems that they keep getting worse and cutting corners to save money. I ordered a large 1 topping last night and received the most barebones pizza I've ever had in my life. The entire base of the pizza was razor thin and hardly had any substance to it. Little sauce, cheese, pepperoni, etc. It's like they went out of their way to use as little dough as possible while spreading it thin enough to look like a large pie. It also seems like their specialty pies have gotten lower in quality as well. The only saving grace is the cheap prices if you find a discount code.
Just waited an hour for an order that was quoted for a half hour, food was cold and they literally sent me dry garlic knots (essentially twisted bread sticks, which if we had wanted bread sticks that is what I would have ordered). Only reason I’m giving 3 stars instead of 0 or 1 is cuz it’s not always bad or didn’t used to be but this is like the 5th order in a row that’s just not been even close to edible.
Do not order by phone ever! You are not calling the local shop even though there is a local number listed but are calling an offshore call center. They do not tell you this when you order. I called, placed my order, gave them my credit card number for payment. Within a minute of placing the order, l got a phone call from the same number I called to place the order. It was the store manager telling me that at 6:00 on a Saturday night, they were closing and my order was being voided. When I asked why I hadn't been told this, he told me that the ordering is done off shore. If I had known this, I would not have ordered by phone or at all. They offered me free food without giving me any reference number or anything else but frankly, I will NEVER go to any Papa Johns again.
Ordered multiple times and told I can't pay cash for my order. My teenagers don't have a credit card and if them and their friends order food it's paid cash. We used to order twice a week during the pandemic and they always accepted cash.
Food quality was below par. Pizza and breadsticks both went in the trash. Contacted customer service as well as the restaurant and nobody wanted to help. Totally lost my money and I will never recommend this location to anyone. It is up to management to make sure production of food quality is probably being carried out. They have no respect for customers.
I called the restaurant nobody picked up. My dinner is in the trash it was disgusting I have been ordering from this location since moving to the area and lately the food quality has gone downhill. A Waste waste of money.
Papa’s has done it again! My pizza gets delivered so fast I have to wait to eat it because it’s so hot. The delivery driver was a total sweetheart and the contactless delivery was flawless.
For months I've been getting the small personal size pizza at $7.00. Tonight I went to order the same small personal size pizza that I always do and was told it's price is now $13.00. I was told that the price of $7 is a lunch special, when over the past several months I was purchasing after 6:00 not at lunch. ??
