I came in a little before 9:00 this morning to nobody standing by the cashiers. I saw other people behind another counter that were busy so I waited a little bit. When nobody approached me I asked one of the ladies, can I get a cup of coffee, please. She turned to look at me and said you’ll have to wait a minute. Then when she came to the register, no eye contact.?. I don’t think I will be back!!!
Would not re-toast my bagel to be darker. I had not touched it or the plate. (Still, Covid concerns dictated they couldn't re toast it) They did offer me a new fresh one. I took the first one. There's no need to waist food.
Have not been to a Panera bread in well over ten years. Was a very good experience. The dining area well clean and well organized. The self serve kiosks were clean and tidy. Food was prepared in a timely fashion. Highly enjoyed my meal. Will visit again soon.

Delicious food as is standard at Panera, though they are occasionally out of items (bread bowl) well before closing.
Always love my local Panera Bread... love the convenience and app is always the best...even during these days of pandemic and a new variant heading to Panera is easy and fast...even when they may be short staffed at times they def are doing a great job!! Thanks Panera for being there ♥️

Meh. Kiosk machine malfunctioned after placing multiple orders, pizza undercooked and cold in spots, croutons stale in salad, but soup and bread decent.Not my place.
