Food was disappointing. Crab soup has 0 crab, arugula salad is arugula, shredded cheese & 1 tomato wedge, tiny bufala mozzarella w/ 5 slices of tiny tomato, veal and chicken dishes have same red sauce

Really nice pub atmosphere. Extensive beer-on tap selection, changes per schedule. Great thin crust pizza ( not overbaked ) and Cappucino.Excellent service.

Despite the fact that, on a good day, the food at Pag’s can be decent, I cannot say the same for some of the staff there. Myself, my family members and some friends have all experienced servers that were VERY unaccommodating and downright nasty. One friend told me of a recent experience where she ordered food to-go and when she arrived and called the woman there told her that they were too busy to accommodate curb side service. My friend had to circle the block several times and wound up parking blocks away to pick up food! My sister wanted to be seated an hour before closing and they told her they were closing early. They wouldn’t even allow her to order salads to go. One busy day I walked in to see how long the wait was and the hostess/server all but discouraged me from staying. She wasn’t nice or friendly at all. Something’s wrong there. I live in the boro and I will make sure that I spread the word, I will not be going back!

Very neat and accessible place. They provide big portions and for inexpensive prices. We enjoyed the food very much and the waiters were super amiable and chatty. Will definitely recommend this spot.

Would definitely recommend eating here. Fantastic ambience, delightful food, fantastic service. Highly recommended.

Great bar area, with outstanding bartender. We ordered a speciality drink with Creme brûlée dessert, and Old Fashion Drink. Such a great room, cozy and inviting.

We love the pizzas at Pags but not enough anymore to listen to the bizarre off beat obnoxious music anymore. We were told today they will not change the music station. Our lovely bartender, Nikki, who we love chatting with, told us the owner has the system in a locked position so no one can change the music channel. As she said “He’s the owner, it’s his restaurant, it’s his choice.” She is absolutely right. Also our choice to go to one of MANY fine restaurants in Dtown.\nOverall we do very much enjoy this restaurant. If the owner feels like he has to even have such control over music, when he is not even there!? If he wants to make a statement about music in his restaurant, we can make a statement as to what restaurant we choose to eat at.\nGreat pizza, great burgers but hard to enjoy with bad music.

The food was good- we liked the burger. However, there were people smoking on the patio while we were eating and the staff wouldn’t say anything, even after we asked. Made the food taste like smoke. Very disappointing.
